Not enough words to state how great everyone at Nissan...

Not enough words to state how great everyone at Nissan has been over the past 30 years. The only one we would deal with when my husband was alive buying new cars trading them in ever 3rd year, after my husband passed away I went into lease cars. Which they would pick out for me, paperwork prepared when I came in & sign & off I go. While stuck in Fld. because of the virus, had trouble about the tags as I did not get the paperwork to fill out (think Newman has the route) After trying different avenues & not getting anywhere I called Mike (owner of Nissan) who was on vacation, he had the secretary call to see if she could help plus he called to make sure I had the problem taken care of. Now that is the very best of the best. Pat McLaughlin

We have always had great experiences when we are at this dealership. All of the workers are terrific to work with. The service department always does their best to get us in quickly and they do great work.

They were very busy when I got there. I wanted an oil...

They were very busy when I got there. I wanted an oil change. They said it would be about an hour and a half, but they would try and get it done sooner. As it turns out it was done in about an hour. The car was washed and ready.

this dealership did an excellent job....it was a routine...

this dealership did an excellent job....it was a routine mtce visit...oil change...tire rotate....and an inspection.....service advisor...logan ostry ...did a fine job....getting everything done in a timely manner....he was very courteous and listened and addressed my concerns about this car...my 2020 altima...and next week's appt for our other car...the 2020 rouge...

Service Department personnel are very knowledgeable and professional. I appreciated the Covid precautions that were in place. I arrived early, and my oil change was completed within a half hour.

The Service Department was very busy when I arrived with...

The Service Department was very busy when I arrived with a nail in my rear tire. Only two workers were behind the desk which slowed things down a bit. With Covid......there were no places left to sit, so many of us stood around outside but at lest the weather was cool. My tire was actually fixed in a very reasonable amount of time. Thank you

Marty was very friendly, knew the answers to all our...

Marty was very friendly, knew the answers to all our questions, and gave us a tour of the whole Nissan facility, and introduced us to other people we might be dealing with in the future, such as service and staff people, showroom was very well organized & attentive. A very pleasant experience.
