Jason Smith took care of us and was understanding and...
Jason Smith took care of us and was understanding and quick to repair our rental vehicle to be safe on the highway. Amazing service! Thanks to Jason and the crew at this location, our walk-in service saved us countless hours and less interruption in our trip through to Virginia. He also explained how to set the cruise control on this vehicle since I thought it was faulty because it accelerated and dropped speed depending on the distance between our car and the one in front of us. Who knew?? My only regret is that we live in Wisconsin and cannot use this dealership to purchase or service our vehicle. Such impressive customer service is hard to find! So glad we found Jason in North Olmsted, OH!

My experience was not a good one.
I was not pleased with the customer service from Brooke St. Peter. She gave me nothing but attitude when I presented paperwork showing that I own a Non-Profit Organization and that I'm tax exempt. Even after that manager told her to type the invoice as a Tax Exempt, she still went to the office and came back trying to show him paperwork that she was right. He then had to tell her to do what he asked her to do. Nothing but attitude. Later I was told that the labor cost per hour was 135.00 and hour. I paid 348.38 to have a key replaced. I would not tell anyone I know to do business with this company. As a business owner myself, if one of my employees would ever talk to a customer this way. I don't think they continue working for me. Customer Service is the backbone of any organization. People should not be treated disrespectfully when they're spending money with your company.
