Very pleasant experience. We did the key drop the night before and thought the repair would take most of the day. Jason called before 10:00 to tell us the Rogue was ready for pickup. Thanks Big Nissan.

This was a return trip to address a scraping noise in the front end. The first visit identified that the shields on the exhausts were lose and needed to be tighten. The problem persist, which sent me back to the dealer. This time problem was in the front wheel where hardware needed to be tighten. To make it right on the return trip, they cleaned up my battery cable connections at no charge.

I have been a customer of Nissan of N. Olmsted for over twenty years. I have purchased two Nissans from your dealership and will buying a new Nissan in the future. The main reason I like Nissan of N.Olmsted is because of your outstanding service department. Brooke and Trevor are the best!

Every time I go in for service, I am greeted with a friendly "hello". I also know that the service department will not sell me a service my car does not need. The service reps are organized and get me in and out of the door quickly. Very happy with my last visit.
