We purchased our first Mercedes here and worked with Lorena Hetruc (Lo). She went out of her way to find us the vehicle we were looking for. We were able to stop by on short notice since we were traveling. Lo was very good at communicating and helping us get our new car delivered to Michigan. She even followed up multiple times after the sale to make sure we were happy! Great customer service by Ryan the new car sales manager also. They worked well together to make sure we received the best experience. Would defiantly work with them again.

This is the third car I have purchased from this dealership. I am extremely loyal to the Mercedes brand and love the way everyone at this dealership pampers their customers. With this last vehicle that I purchased, a 2020 GLB, I dealt with Max Kovacs, who was extremely professional and attentive. I will be back to give him more business. He was not pushy and answered all my questions, even when my questions were skipping from car to car when I was being indecisive. He is definitely an asset to this dealership. I would also like to give kudos to Jeanette, the receptionist who always greeted me with a smile. Further, even the employees I have dealt with in the past have given me exemplary service. Marlon Redmon was exceptionally knowledgeable and patient while assisting me. I drive off the lot feeling very confident and satisfied. the selection of the staff I met were very friendly and welcoming!

Ryan found my GLS450 in Georgia and had it shipped to MB North Olmsted in about a week. In the meantime, all paperwork was FedEx’d to me because of living about an hour away and didn’t want to make multiple trips. Once vehicle arrived I took delivery in roughly a half hour... that is what I call customer service. Thanks again Ryan and we will see you in the spring for the wife’s new vehicle.
