From the onset, Amra Covic was excellent in following up and working with me in my decision to buy from her. Furthermore, I have never had a more positive experience with the Finance Manager than I have with Adam Essa. The overall experience has been superb and I'm grateful for their level of service in the buying process!

Barry was exceptional throughout the entire process.

Barry was exceptional throughout the entire process. There is a huge difference between good and great customer service and Barry provides the best. Buying a Mercedes is already incredibly exciting but he found a way to make us feel special during the entire process! Thank you Barry!

Rude and very transactional.

Rude and very transactional. Kept changing ( increasing) the price on me on top of undervaluing my trade-in.

Initially very responsive.

Initially very responsive. Said they would get a deal together never received it. Call the next day said he would get it together and send it over but never did. Never heard back from them after a few days even though they were going to call me back. Unfortunately for them I was ready to buy a in stock car from them. Obviously they were not interested. P.s. didn’t even haggle for the price yet.

Worst place on earth they are disrespectful dishonest and

Worst place on earth they are disrespectful dishonest and lack communication, they made me go back and forth for one week to prove ownership for the vehicle after I provided the registration and they could not take it even though it said all the information that they need because they said it’s expired then I provided another form when I bought the vehicle that has the name and the Vin number and that wasn’t good enough for them after this, they told me to go call my bank and get the papers when I Bought the car So my bank provided it to me after 48 hours and then showed it to them and they said no that doesn’t work then they remembered that all you can go to the title Bureau and get a copy like you told me this from the beginning Then after this, I asked when the car will be done. It was Friday. She said that on Monday, so I was trying to shoot for Saturday and she just kept saying it wouldn’t work. We need the boss or the supervisor to be here so he can submit the papers to Mercedes so they can provide them PIN number I said isn’t the guy that can do this here today she stated yes I said OK. Can he submit these papers today? She said yeah that’s what he is going to do. I said OK so today is Monday any days over and I still didn’t even get a call from the north text message to tell me what happened to the car. I called the person and they hang up on me. Then I called Mercedes and I was transferred to Cody, and asked him what happened. He put me on hold then came back and told me we submitted the papers to Mercedes. We were waiting on the pin number which is that’s what the girl told me that they’re going to do on Friday so I was trying to tell him that and he got all nasty attitude and told me can you please not cut me off when I’m trying to talk, so I said so you’re telling me to shut up another words he said I didn’t say this and hang up on me Then 45 minutes later, the girl text me and told me that they’re waiting on the code and she will let me know tomorrow. I texted her back saying you told me on Monday she claimed she told me no I said possibly on Monday when she literally told me on Monday and that’s why I was shooting for Saturday. And today Tuesday I get a text from them saying they need another 590 because they can’t communicate with the car and they need to dig for 3 hours !!!!!! Lol what a specific number and I guess there is no charge for fixing the problem after the 3 hours digging for it !!!!! Lol wow

We recently leased our 4th Mercedes Benz GLE 53 Turbo

We recently leased our 4th Mercedes Benz GLE 53 Turbo from North Olmsted Mercedes. Barry Sisler has been our sales representative for years we just love him!, He goes out of his way to find exactly what we’re looking for each and every time. This time my husband told Barry I want to hear a popping sound coming out of the exhaust when I accelerate the gas. With no problem Barry found the perfect choice for us. Barry always has a smile which is important when dealing with customers. Thanks again Barry and Mercedes Benz.

From our first communications with the dealership, Lorena and her team were very attentive, inquisitive, friendly and responsive to meeting/full filling our needs of our potential Mercedes C300 purchase. Lo located a vehicle that that had the car features desired. The entire sales experience was easy, simple and the delivery presentation of the C300 purchased was exceptional. We purchased our first Mercedes here and worked with

We purchased our first Mercedes here and worked with Lorena Hetruc (Lo). She went out of her way to find us the vehicle we were looking for. We were able to stop by on short notice since we were traveling. Lo was very good at communicating and helping us get our new car delivered to Michigan. She even followed up multiple times after the sale to make sure we were happy! Great customer service by Ryan the new car sales manager also. They worked well together to make sure we received the best experience. Would defiantly work with them again.
