Great car buying experience

Mr Blum and the rest of the amazing staff always Made the car buying experience awesome. Third car I have purchased from this dealership and the experience has always been excellent... Cant wait for my next purchase...will be a customer for life...Thank you to all the great folks at Mercedes Benz North Olmsted......

Meh nothing special

I looked everywhere to find either a Suburban Premier of a Yukon Denali in black. I finally located one I really wanted here. I drove the 3 hours to go see it. This is a busy dealership! After a short wait I was led to speak with Shawn. He was very polite and quite friendly. But it was more of a "used car salesman" kind of friendly if you know what I mean. He brought the vehicle around and we went for a test drive. I obviously wanted it. Low miles, the color I wanted and loaded. Once we settled on the price, the wait for delivery began. I was ok with that. I knew it would take a while to get all the necessary paperwork together. However, when it came time to move my things from my trade-in to the Yukon, Shawn was nowhere to be seen. He was busy selling another customer. That's fine, but considering how much I just paid, a little help would have been nice. They only had one key fob there when I took delivery. Shawn PROMISED he would get the other one from the customer and mail it to me ASAP. That never happened. When I asked him about it, he gave me a BS story how he told me at the time of purchase that the vehicle was "priced" for only having one fob. He NEVER said that! He said that the previous owner never answered any of his calls or emails about the fob, so I was just out of luck even though I told him it was VERY important to me to have 2 fobs. I suppose, in his defense, he offered to have a new one made for me if I came back to the dealership. But it's a 3 HOUR DRIVE ONE WAY! I'm not going to waste a whole day to do that. I ended up ordering a fob online instead. I now have the expense of the fob and programming it. This was my main gripe about the dealership. If you promise a customer something, you deliver on that promise. No stories, no excuses, you get it done. Make sure you know everything you're getting before you sign the paperwork.

Customer Service beyond Comparison

From walking in the front door to finalizing the purchase, these guys are the best. Shawn and Matt went above and beyond to make my buying experience a pleasurable one; they were fair, honest and transparent throughout the entire process. I cannot say enough, simply the best.

Out-of-state purchase

This dealership rocks! I've purchased several Mercedes cars over the years from other dealerships, as well as many other brands. This, by far, has been the best buying experience. And to top if off, I did this from thousands of miles away in California. Don LaPorte, my main contact, was always responsive, answered all my questions, and made me feel comfortable purchasing a high value car from thousands of miles away. Also kudos to Andrew Conner (finance) for being so helpful. Highly recommend this dealership.

Excellent Car Buying Experience

I would recoomend this dealership to anyone looking for a a quality new vehicle. Salesman Don LaPorte in particular was fantastic. A very low pressure buying experience. Best car buying experience I have ever had.

Happy customer

Salesman Don LaPorte was fantastic. Great, painless and low pressure buying experience. Best car buying experience I have ever had. Would recommend this dealership an Don in particular to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

Fantastic and Exciting experience!!!

I have perused the web for weeks in search of my dream car. I knew the exact car that I wanted down to the price, features, exterior/interior color and even the style of rims. I found 6 vehicles within the 400 mile radius that I was willing to travel. After several emails/conversations with several dealerships, not one had impressed me as much as MB of Olmsted. The place was state-of-the-art and the selection of beautiful cars was sublime. My sales associate, Shawn, answered all of my questions. Shawn was also very personable and knowledgeable. What was important to me was that the vehicle was certified, had a good warranty, and in great condition. All of which were satisfied. Even after my purchase, Shawn has reached out to me just to follow-up. What was also impressive, was how accommodating they are to customers. On the day of my arrival from Indianapolis, traveling arrangement issues arised that resulted with me arriving 3hrs past close. Amazingly, Shawn and his team all waited for me and provided me with a full service, stellar experience. No rush at all. Above and beyond service! As for the car, it was even more beautiful than I had expected. Literally flawless! Shawn had the vehicle detailed to the max. He also had an area professionally repainted, not just a glob of touch up painted dabbed on the surface where there was a small chip on the bottom of the lower bumper. There's a lot more that I can say but need I say more. Lol! If you're looking for a Mercedes, then this is definitely the place.These guys are amazing!!!!! Thank you Shawn, Corey, and Michael.

Great buying experience

Joe W. did a great job with us throughout the entire buying process. We had never owned a Mercedes before and were not that familiar wit the various models and options. Joe was very patient as he took us through the product line and offered test drives of any model we were interested in. He quickly found the car we wanted and his follow-up on our questions was outstanding. There was never any pressure throughout the process either, making for a fun experiences. I would recommend Joe and the dealership to anyone looking for a Mercedes

Perfect car buying experience

I just purchased a 2016 c300. When I went to Mercedes of north Olmsted I had a few cars in mind, as I was there I never felt rushed to chose and or buy a car , throughout my buying experience my salesman marlon was patient with me and super nice and friendly , he never made me feel rushed and he always took me serious and always tried to get me the best deal I could possibly get , there was not a single thing to complain about durning my visit. The car runs great and came out of detail lookin brand new. that was hands down the best car buying experience I’ve had and look forward to buying cars there in the future.

Wonderful customer service

We had wonderful customer service at Mercedes-Benz of North Olmstead. Mitch Wolf was very accommodating in all our transactions with this dealership including purchasing new cars, trading in older ones, and delivering and picking up cars at our home.
