Customer Service

Customer Service was excellent. The staff was pleasant and informative. "Health cakes" were a friendly gesture to guests. I like the email confirmations for service and billing.

I was able to purchase a vehicle without a trade-in or down payment, and that was very important to me, because my Son needs a car to get to work !

Professional staff

Jim Skeens was great in setting up & organizing my appointment. "Yogi" was very professional and helpful the day I had my vehicle serviced. Was very happy with the whole experience.

Great service

The waiting room was clean. There was cold water available. Work was completed with in the expected time frame. The staff was very helpful

Excellent service and friendliness

Friendly and knowledgeable workers. The North Olmsted Staff is the best to work with. Very accommodating and concerned about your personal needs regarding your vehicle. The best ever, I wouldn't think of going to any other location. Keep up the good work.

Great Service and great people

My salesman Gregg Zoinal was great. Very professional but down to earth. Answered all my questions and made my experience at KIA dry much worth it! He is the best. My finance person Charles Scott also did everything he could to make sure that I understood everything and helped me work through everything. He also was a "one of a kind" guy that was very personable. Kudos to these two men!
