My husband and I stopped in to talk and ended up driving

My husband and I stopped in to talk and ended up driving home in my dream car, a Volvo XC70. This was because of Sammy Laham. He listened to our wants and needs and identified the perfect vehicle. Hands down the BEST dealership around!

Hands down the BEST dealership around! The Solon LR/Jag dealership is 2 min from my office and where I got my last car; but after bad customer service experiences there I decided to make the drive to Westside. It is 1000% worth it! The facilities and the people are great! The real star of the show there is their finance manager Jess Schad! I have never had such a great car buying experience, and it’s all thanks to her. She made everything easy and PERFECT! Jess went completely above and beyond in customer service throughout the entire process. I was blown away by her personalized attention at every step. She made both the shopping and the actual purchase not just seamless, but actually enjoyable (I normally dread it)! My uncle is a car-buying and financial guru, and came with me to pick up the car. He said in all of his decades of car buying he hadn’t seen such great service. He was so impressed with Jess and everything she did, from the presentation/unveiling of the car to the paperwork organized ready to go when we arrived. He now wants to go there for his next car. Thank you Jess and Westside, you have a loyal customer!

I call to make a appointment and the reception answers but when she transfers me to service department....nobody answers. Tranfers me back to reception who then transfers me back to service....nobody answers. After a third time i hang up and call back later. Call back....same thing. Call back next day....same thing! I then grudgingly decide to go montrose website. Next appointment available is almost a month out! No thanks! I called volvo of Bedford and they were completely professional! Got me in hassle free and i got 5 star service! We will be buying our future volvos at motorcars of Bedford because i know we will get our car taken care of! We will no longer buy cars from montrose volvo of Cleveland!

Was good until last minute extra charges

The salesperson was really good and very patient. Had no problem with him. We were about ready to go to dealer when we received a text about some miscalculations and either we came up with $700 or pay roughly $15 extra a month. When we stated we would walk then they slowly backed off. Unfortunately it left a bad taste in my mouth and we walked. I get the feeling someone in corporate didn’t like the deal and wanted to squeeze what they could. This would have been a 1 if it weren’t for sales person.

Car purchase from xxxx

Sales person Jason awful very unpleasant very un educated very unconcerned Audrey in Volvo service was great Rafi used car manager was a real racist handful Finance Manager was polite Leo was polite Caleb Smith was polite it was a real circus I had to keep going out to the dealer ship with more papers I purchased the vehicle Feb 6 2023 my care was suppose to be paid off Finance company who has a lean on my vehicle kept calling my house and these clowns were sitting on my deal so on Feb 27 2023 21 days later they tell me to come get my car first my refund was going to be Cash check when I got in my car it was on e when I pulled out the drive way fuel light came on I ask theme to take.items out of.the new vehicle in to my the threw the items on seats scrapping up my front leather seats this was a very cruel car buying example

Very disappointed to find out Greg Smith no longer works

Very disappointed to find out Greg Smith no longer works at montrose Volvo. Can’t understand why you let go the 7th best Volvo rated mechanic in the country. Why couldn’t the management team resolve the issues? Greg was a great asset to your organization and will be greatly missed by many. You will probably need two mechanics to replace him.
