Montrose Mazda of Cleveland gave me a second chance.
I just purchased my 2011 Ford Fiesta today from Montrose Mazda of Cleveland. As far as purchasing a car, it has been quite an extensive journey for me due to errors that I created with my credit when I was younger. Going into dealerships for me was at times embarrassing and bittersweet with the hopes of being able to drive away with a new car but, in the end always turned down. Well, that all changed with one simple phone call to Mr. Don Blake! Our phone conversation was brief and to the point and I decided to take another shot at buying a car. I arrived with everything that Don told me to bring and before I knew it we were down to business. We both came up with a plan that was reasonable not only for me but, one that actually gave me a chance at getting an approval from the banks. Before I knew Mr. Blake informed me of the good news that I would be driving home in a new car. If anyone is in need of a second chance go to Montrose Mazda of Cleveland and see Don Blake. The process will be well worth it all the way up to when you sit down in the Finance Department with Adam and as you are driving off the lot in your new car!!! Good luck and happy car buying : )

Montrose Volvo Has a Gem In Cindy Harley

Mazda CX5
Very happy with ourpurchase of a 2015 Mazda CX 5. Don was our salesman who answered all our questions and never pressured us into buying. We felt very comfortable with our decision and we were able to take delivery of our car the next day. We had been looking for a new vehicle for a few months and had been through all kinds of scenarios.

New 2015 Volvo XC70
We purchased our second Volvo, a 2015 XC70 wagon, on Monday. Cindy Harley was thorough and patient with our many questions. At no time did we feel pressured by her or Carlos Dague, the sales manager. The process was smooth and everyone at Montrose Volvo was professional. Montrose Volvo has been servicing our XC90 for six years now. It's been one of the best customer service relationships I've had with any business, ever. The service staff is professional, efficient and courteous. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone who drives or wants a Volvo.

Very Pleasant Experience
This is a great place to purchase a vehicle hands down! I purchase a new Mazda 6 from Montrose West side Campus on Brookpark Rd. about two weeks ago. The sales professional that assisted me CJ, was very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional with my wife and i during the entire process. He even show me how to activate some of the special features before I drove off the dealership campus. He made us feel welcome and we did not feel any pressure or hassles. CJ got to down to business determining what I was interested in and did not waste time finding me options to choose from. Nice Job CJ. Jessica the finance manager was also very helpful in making sure that we had everything that we needed to have peace of mind in protecting our investment. Love my XC60
I wrote a brief review recently and as I read it I noticed that one of my ratings showed 2 star. I would like to correct that, it was a complete accident. The buying experience was actually very easy and everyone involved in the process was very helpful. All of our questions were answered clearly and nothing was overlooked. Love my XC60
I just leased the XC60 and I am so impressed with it. I had been driving an Audi and was actually a bit nervous to transition to something else, but I am so glad I did! It's been a fabulous drive and I am completely satisfied. I am also impressed with Carlos and Cindy who were so friendly and did not add any unwanted pressure. They were wonderful to work with in every way possible and I will definitely recommend them to anyone. Volvo is a solid vehicle (can't say enough about it) and pleasing to the eye. Thanks again!

Mazda5 purchase
We visited 3 Mazda dealers but only Montrose has a red Mazda5, which was the color we ultimately wanted. We were met by friendly sales representatives at each dealership. We were impressed by C.J. Steward, who is a Sales Professional in every aspect. I would not hesitate to recommend him if you are looking to purchase a car.

Excellent Experience -- Forver Grateful!!!
I came into Westside Mazda dealership for my second vehicle after a rather sharp VW GTI caught my eye. I had a VERY tough situation -- credit, recent accident, and I'm young; so going in, I wasn't sure what to expect. I sat down with Don Blake, and immediately my anxieties were eased. Don worked tirelessly to get me into the car I WANTED. Not once did I feel pressured into a situation I was uncomfortable with, which was something I was worried about considering my situation and past dealings with other dealerships. The professionalism I experienced at this dealership is unmatched in my books, all the way through. From the moment I walked in, through the buying process, in financing, and even as I drove off the lot, I felt these people took care of me, like they were there to make sure I was happy; and by gosh was I. I now have a SWEET GTI that I feel proud to own, and have Don Blake and the people of Westside Auto Campus to thank for that. I will forever be grateful for what they did for me, and I seriously recommend giving this group of individuals a visit. Thanks again for everything!

Great cust. service, hopefully car compares
C.J. was a great salesperson, hopefully the car lives up to his salesmanship. Was receptive to bargaining but should have taken that as a key to ask to go lower on the monthly payment. Not overly pushy but assertive and didn't give us much chance to deliberate.
