Went to buy a 2016 Chrysler 200 $12,000. They lowballed me on my car only offering a 1000. Said reason was there is a knock in the engine..There is completely... nothing wrong with my engine..Its a 2009 Mazda 6 V6 Grand touring with 129,000 mg..Nothing is lit on the dash. I use synthetic high mlg oil and the car has always been taken care of. I couldn't believe it!! If I was a man they wouldn't have pulled that move. I had cash in hand to buy the car off the lot and I was settling for 2000 so I was a 1000 short of buying the car!! The salesman Sean Dolphin told me he couldn't give me the owner's number when asked. What's up with that? He also said he would speak to him in the morning and call me..I never received a call. He could of been decent enough to at least keep his word. I can't believe he lost a cash purchase on a car over a 1000!!! Sad that I went there thinking I'm finally getting a new car in time for winter for my son and I. With money that took me forever to save as a single mother. I have seen this happen so many times. And I should of known better because I dealt with them a cpl years ago to fix my car. Can u believe when they gave me my car back they didn't even fix the right part. My compressor for the A.c. was damaged and they fixed a $260 or $280 some part that has something to do with the A.c. but that part wasn't broke. I couldn't believe they don't even know how to fix their own cars!! Also good luck with parts on recalls cause they are always out of stock for YEARS!! And on airbags?One of the most important safety feature. Because they have faulty airbags and a lawsuit over it. I had other work done to the car and my bill was very high and they wld not take of that money even tho it was their mistake. I left the dealership still with no a.c.!! I truly believe they take advantage of woman. This is my 2nd attempt in dealing with them and stuff like this happens. It's a shame that a place of business would take advantage of a single mother and let me clarify that I never use being a single mother phrase as an excuse (I'm capable of handling my child and my bills)but it's quite obvious that they try and take advantage of women. Also the Chrysler needed about a 1000 in work because it was scratched along the whole passenger side. Wide marks. A mark and small dent on the hood. And also the rims were scuffed and scraped especially the back ones. So I would of had to replace them. The only reason I went back after the first incident is because I wanted another Mazda. How embarrassing it was to leave there with no vehicle over a $1,000. They really couldn't work something out? So as a "woman" I sat and cried for about a minute and then I pulled myself together cause I had to explain to my son and family why I didn't leave with a car I had money for. I have no idea how you're rated 5 stars. That must be from your male customers.
My 2010 Mazda 3 had a dead battery. I called their service and they came and picked up my car and put a new battery in it. They were quick and the price... was reasonable.
We dealt with Kelly 10 years ago when we bought our Tribute. They were great then and we had no doubts that we would get another great deal now. Sean Dolphin... was so helpful. We never felt pressured and he answer all of our questions honestly. I don't believe we've ever had a better car buying experience. Thank you, Kelly and Sean!

I've dealt with quite a few salesmen in my life but Sean Dolphin has left them all in the rear view mirror. For me, he made the entire sales process,... from beginning to end, so comfortable and explained every detail on the car, that I knew it was the exact car I was looking for. I received a very fair price on my trade in and the final price was one that fit perfectly into my budget. Purchased a new Mazda6 touring today and to me it was the best new car buying experience my wife and I have ever had. The sales manager was extremely knowledgeable... and let us drive multiple cars before making a decision. He knew the features of each model line and just let the car sell itself. When it came time for the numbers, he had 2 cars priced up with payment schedules in less than 20 min, not hours of going back and forth. Another 10 minutes and we were financed. No pressure still to purchase and made the decision over dinner with a call to the dealership the next morning and picked up the car 4 hrs later. What a delight to purchase from Kelly Mazda.
Brian Cole is who I primarily worked with here at Kelly Mazda. I had submitted a car finder request to Kelly Mazda for a newer Mazda6 near the end of... December and within a week or so Brian had sent me an email detailing what he had come across. The next business day I went to give the car a test drive. Now, this test drive was not just an "around the block" kind of test drive. Brian, knowing that I am from the "mountains", took me on one of the larger hills in the area to really have me get a correct feel for the car - and it delivered. About halfway through the test drive I knew I wanted to purchase this car. The buying process was WAY easier than I was expecting. The price of the car was excellent and the trade amount that Brian offered me for my car (a 10-year-old vehicle with many many miles) was also great! When I came back the next night to pick up my 2014 CPO Mazda6, Brian sat with me for about an hour and went over every feature of that car - this was something that my parents (who have been buying cars for many years) nor I have every experienced and it was very much appreciated. Brian was very knowledgeable on all of the features of the car even though it was two years old - very impressive! All-in-all, I had a fun & stress-free experience buying a car here. I will definitely be doing business again with Kelly Mazda in the future. Thanks again, Brian!
