Bought a 2016 Cadillac. Went to pick it up 3 days later. I pulled into the driveway at 6:50 PM for my 7:00 PM appointment expecting to see my car right... out front with the 2 other cars that were parked for delivery in front of the dealership. My car was no where to be found. Went inside and My salesman was with another couple, no problem. After 5 minutes I see him spot me and head off to the back of the room, he returned 5 mins later and I asked where my car was. He said it was just being brought up from the detail shop and would be here in a few minutes. We waited another 15-20 minutes when my car finally was brought up. My salesman asked me to go outside and check the car over. I did, only to discover that the 2 passenger side tires were completely covered with mud halfway up the sidewalls and the car was missing the driver side front centercap that he had promised to replace. I told him this was unacceptable and he assured me he would take it back to the dealership to get it cleaned while I went inside to handle the paperwork. When completing the paperwork, he did bring in the new centercap. Finished the paperwork, and went back out, he told me to activate the OnStar myself while he went to get my registration paperwork and he would be right back. Well, he returned 20 minutes later while I sat in the car waiting and playing around with the various buttons trying to familiarize myself with the car. He returned and asked if I had any questions. I asked how to activate the Satellite radio. He seemed surprised that it was not activated and gave me the code. I asked if Syrius FM still gave 3 months free with new cars. He said that they had stopped giving 3 months and only give 1 month free now, which was completely wrong. We finally left the dealership at 8:45 (1.75 hours after I arrived there. 1 month later I got a call from a gentleman at Ingersol asking me if my "experience" at Ingersol was a good one. I basically outlined the entire story that I described above. He apologized and assured me that he would relay my concerns to management and would get back to me. Well that was 8 months ago and I am still waiting for that call back. I was patient and polite throughout this whole nightmare, and I just decided to forget about these people forever. I would not buy so much as a dome lightbulb from these people. The absolute poorest example of Customer Service ever! What should have been an exciting, fun experience picking up my new ride, was nothing but a major disappointment by a dealership that completely dropped the ball. Let the buyer beware!

Can't figure out how this place sells so many vehicles - should be ashamed of themselves. If you only shop them probably getting hosed - go elsewhere.... Two other dealers offered $3,500 more for my trade up front with no negotiation. Salesman took forever in the office to generate a price only to be a low ball trade offer. Took too long and wanted to try to fix it - not worth it. Not to mention no big discount as mentioned on a service loaner with 5600 miles. I guess they think people are born yesterday or something - do your homework and think twice before venturing in and chancing getting ripped off!
We do sell a large volume of vehicles at our dealership, and we owe a large part of that success to our policy of treating our Guests with respect. C...ar shoppers are educated, smart, and we take it seriously when someone gives us the opportunity to earn their business. When we read your comments, we went back and reviewed our process and our numbers. If the process took too long, we humbly apologize. Reviewing your trade, and given its mileage, reconditioning estimate and the damage reported on its vehicle history (a sensitive issue for many used car buyers), a $3,500 premium simply doesn't make sense. We understand the delicate balancing act of negotiation. Everyone wants "our best price"; everyone wants the most for their trade-in. We often stretch to the limit to find the common ground that works for all. Would that we'd had the opportunity to attempt that with you but, unfortunately, you were not open to further discussion. We are truly sorry that you were disappointed and, if someone else paid that much more for your vehicle, and was still able to give you a good value on a new car, we understand your choices.
From the moment I walked into the showroom I felt comfortable. Morgan was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle I was looking at and made the whole... process super easy. His team was fluid and efficient. He called me at 11:00am to tell me about a Chevy Cruze that was available. He asked if I could be there by 1:00pm and I was home in my driveway at 2:55pm with my new car. Perfect experience.

My salesman was pape and his apprentice Austin. They got me into my dream truck. The gmc 1500 sierra denali with the denali ultimate package. Pape made... the process so easy and simple and gave me nice trade in on my 7 year old tacoma. I plan. On having this denali for years to come but when I want to trade in for another I will definitely be back. Every time I get out of my truck I get compliments on her. Thank you pape

A true no-haggle dealership that offered a fair deal on my trade and an excellent deal on my purchase. They even re-balanced the tires on the truck I test... drove while I waited. I drove over an hour to buy my truck from Ingersoll Auto and would do it again in a heartbeat.
