Clean job changing oil. No oil on my garage floor. Left valve cap off one tire but I have extra caps here.

Excellent service.

Excellent service. Didn’t have to wait long. Very professional. I would like to see a lower price for tire rotation and oil change. But otherwise excellent.


I came in at 9 am to do a software update that I was told

I came in at 9 am to do a software update that I was told could take up to 3 hours. I come back 6 hours later and they haven't even started on my car. I had to wait close to 7 hours total on something that should have taken 3 and was not informed about any delays on the process.

Poor service dept

Poor warranty help and service department. Transmission issues since 2018 on a GMC Sierra and they have never been able to fix it and refuses to.

Very Poor communication. I had to call a few times a day...

Very Poor communication. I had to call a few times a day in order to get a hold of anyone who knew anything about my car. they would tell they would call me back but never did. Plus they had my car for over 3 WEEKS!! not happy.
