They charged me 3000.00 to fix the AC. The average cost for a Chevrolet Tahoe AC Compressor Replacement is between $740 and $873. Labor costs are estimated between $167 and $211 while parts are priced between $573 and $662.
Mr. DeVito - Thank you for taking my call and allowing me an opportunity to discuss your concerns. I sincerely apologize for the negative experience that you had. While your vehicle's compressor was not replaced - leaking refrigerant lines and condenser were the components that failed - there were missteps and poor communication in the repair process and I certainly understand your frustration. Please know that this is not what we want for any of our guests and I have addressed these problems with our Team. Thank you for your patience and courtesy; I will continue to work with you to resolve this issue. John Juraska, Service Director.

Best purchase I have ever made was my 2020 Chevy Trax Premier (FULLY LOADED) from Karl Chevrolet in New Canaan. Leo always very helpful and nice. Amazing service always at Intersoll Auto of Danbury!!!
We bought a car in September.
We bought a car in September. Got a nice deal on a good used car. In December, the car was totaled while parked in a park-and-ride. Put every cent I had down on the first car. It was fully loaded - an excellent purchase for the price. Insurance covered the loan but left me with half of what I put down on the first car. Went back to Ingrosoll thinking they might help me out being I JUST purchased the first car. Also mentioned that my mom would be looking for a car soon which would mean another new customer. Test drove the three cars they had on the lot that really didn't even come close to the car I originally bought. The salesman knew my budget before he showed me cars. I decided to compromise a bit on the extras and buy one of the three cars I test drove. The entire time, we let the salesman know what our budget was. We assumed Ingrosoll was going to help us out due to the extenuating circumstances. When the numbers came back on the purchase, I could not afford the car. Ingrosoll would not budge on the price...even though I showed them comparable cars at other dealerships for less money. They WOULD NOT BUDGE even though they called us "family". I'm taking my business elsewhere. Very sad because I liked the place and would have been a very long term customer. it's so unfortunate to have to fail this dealership but they are greedy.
Though we can appreciate the stress of losing one’s car, the accusation in your comments is undeserved. It is true that we could not come to terms on your first visit. Your first vehicle was truly one-of-a-kind. A 2016 with exceptionally low mileage and very nicely equipped. A rare find. The replacement vehicle chosen is 4 years newer than that car – the newest model - yet priced only $2,000 more – which is reasonable. (In fact, we showed you the same model, same year, at a lower price but you chose the lowest mileage car.) Additionally interest rates have increased significantly since your first purchase, which also impacted the monthly payments. The next day, responding to a message from your Mom, who is assisting you, our Sales Manager called with the intent to help and made a price concession on that vehicle in order to make the car affordable. And, in fact, they came to an agreement, and your Mom was to speak with you about it. Later in the day you called us to say you would not be moving forward. If indeed you found an acceptable replacement at a lower price, we’re happy for you. We do care about our guests, and the treatment you received at our dealership was nothing less than professional.
I am the mom. I spoke to you only after posting a message of disappointment to messenger. Prior to that, you didn’t care one bit that you lost a customer. The fact is that after we spoke, I got to thinking about it. We spent hours working with a salesman that knew our budget. We were confident that because he was showing us these cars that he would wiggle the price a bit. To our sad surprise he did not. He walked away no less than 4 times to talk to the manager to no avail. We begged your sales person to help us. We showed comparisons pricing that clearly showed that your ‘aggressive pricing’ was over aggressive. Were told we should pursue those avenues so that’s what we did.
I arrived at my appointed time.
I arrived at my appointed time. As always, everyone is very friendly. But the time estimate for the work, as usual, is always way off. I was told it would take 30 minutes to change, balance and align two new tires. It actually took over 2 hours.
Very patient sales staff and professional.

Odd vibe
We recently moved to CT, we love looking at new and used cars. What’s odd is, we’ve been here about 3 times in the last 6 months looking around. On lower lot; all the way to the showroom windows, not one person has greeted us, smiled, ask if we need any help, nothing. We even looked at two guys inside looking right at us just sitting there. Def an odd vibe, I thought the people working there wanted to make money, maybe they have enough sales remotely.
Craig It is distressing to learn that you have visited our facility multiple times without once being greeted, and we humbly apologize. This is completely out of character for our organization and we sincerely thank you for alerting us. This issue has been brought to the attention of our entire sales team in hopes that no guest will ever go unrecognized in the future. If you wish, please feel free to contact me at 203-730-5766; I will be glad to meet with you to discuss your vehicle needs. – Tom Oliva, Sales Manager

Leo (Sales) and Rich (finance) as well as the Sales
Leo (Sales) and Rich (finance) as well as the Sales Manager and the rest of the team were outstanding. Very hard to find a store this good. Extremely professional and transparent. 10/10 would recommend.
