Bought a Ford Escape

Great experience. Will continue doing business with Matthews and Justin Greenberg in sales. Even after the purchase I still reach out and receive the help I need for whatever issue I’m having.

Great Dealership!

Recall Repair Work Well Done

Todd, Dean and Mr. Klotz plus the Service Techs all did a woderful job on a tough recall of my F-150. I love the truck and the work they have done to keep it like new.

They do good work

Wait time is way too long (1-2 hours) for a Quick Lube service center. They either need to take appointments or expand the facility.

Purchase of a new vehicle.

Great services

Oil change in record time. Service writer told me he call when complete. Went across Street to get lunch and I no sooner took last fork of eggs. There is my call......ready to go.

Horrible customer service from the service dept!!! Picked up my car and was told when I asked where my car was To BEEP THE HORN-YOU?LL FIND IT?!?! When they knew I was in my way to pick up my car! Horrible horrible service!!!
