Nautilus?s oil change

Time for the regular oil change and tire rotation Scheduling was easy and oil change was done in about one hour. Car was washed very well also.

My husband and I reached out on a Ford Mach E that

My husband and I reached out on a Ford Mach E that someone had on order and was in the process of backing out. Mathews Ford had the vehicle listed at $2500 above MSRP (which we confirmed when we called). We worked with Chris in sales who was very helpful and informative from the beginning and were told that once the previous deposit on the vehicle was picked up and the recall was updated that we could place a deposit on the car and that we were on the top of the list to be notified once the car actually came in and everything was completed. My husband and I received pictures from Chris when the car was delivered and then a phone call from him the next day stating that management had decided to mark the car up to $10,000 over MSRP from $2,500 since it was ready to sell. My husband tried to get Mathews Ford to honor the $2500 over MSRP and spoke with Don the sales manager who said that they were would not come off of their mark up and that they were going to keep it at that price for a few days, along with that they were offered $11,000 over from another dealer out west for the car. After a couple days had passed my husband checked the listing on their website and they still had the car listed but had dropped the mark up to $5,000 over MSRP from $10,000. My husband called and spoke with Don for a second time to see if they would now honor the original price of $2500 over and he would not come down (again) but this time told my husband that they were going to sell to Erie County residents only! During the conversations my husband had with Don he was not willing to help in any way and seems like he runs a very greedy business. I would never recommend this dealer to anyone!

Unfair Business Practice

We had inquired on a Mach E that had become available on the website with an added $2500 market adjustment reflected in the price listed. My husband and I reached out and started working with Chris, who was prompt with communication on pricing, availability, and expectation via phone and text. We had a regular correspondence over a 2-week period awaiting the vehicle to arrive at the dealership and have the recall fixed. During that time we requested to dealer about putting a deposit on the vehicle, which at the time they would not accept a deposit due to the recall but told us we were at the top of the list to be notified once the recall was fixed. Once the vehicle was available, we received pictures of the car and that it was available for purchase. We were ready to put a deposit on the vehicle and Mathews Ford then added an additional $7,500 market adjustment making it $10,000 total over MSRP! When we questioned the change to their owner, the response was “We received an offer from another dealership for $12,000 over MSRP. I’m going to give it a couple of days to have a consumer pay $10,000 before I sell it off.” So is this dealership serving their community base or just the highest bidder? I would not recommend this dealership for any auto purchase nor trust their communication. Update as of 7/5- Mathews Ford has dropped their mark up to 5k from 10k, spoke with Don again who now said he will only sell to Erie County residents!

This is my dealer of choice. Have leased or bought all of my new cars and trucks form Mathews for 40 plus years now. Couldn't be happier! Great sales and service people to work with. Thanks Mathew's Ford!

Have dealt with this dealership for nearly 50 years.

Have dealt with this dealership for nearly 50 years. And while we have not always seen eye to eye, they usually come around to my way of thinking. Sales staff does what they can to be accommodating, the service dept. technitians are proficient, the service personnel?? You know, the ones that do the scheduling? They are helpful, although I would steer clear of the one with the, currently rainbow hair and billboard body, she looks like a thundercloud about to burst meaning, a very unpleasant demiener. Maybe it's the hair...I would pissed to if someone did that to me and I still had to pay for that! Anyway Suzie Sunshine she is NOT! She must be some big shots daughter, if you know what I mean. That said, I would give Mathews 4 solid stars, because no one is perfect, opinions may vary and you know what is said about opinions...they are like,...well, you know.
