Customer service here is really bad. We took our car in Friday for a repair. We took it here since we bought our car from here. We had an appointment at... 8 am. Dropped the car off and was told we would hear back later in the day. We never heard anything so called around 3 pm. We were told the car had not even been looked at yet. Most places would give you a loaner car if the car was going to be kept that long, not this place apparently. Called again today in the morning ( can't remember the exact time) and was told it should be ready in the afternoon. Had to call yet again around 5 because we had not heard anything and was told that the person we spoke too before was wrong and the car wont be done yet again until the next day. I should not have to keep calling to get these updates, this place should call to let us know. On top of this the gal on the phone did not seem concerned at all that we will be with out our car yet again and did not bother to even offer a loaner car. I will not be buying my next car from here and will be sure to let all my friends and family know about the bad experience.
I have purchased my first used car and my first leased car with Hamilton and was a wonderful experience with no problems. I was a loyal customer so when... my lease was up I decided to go back, but this time definitely changed my view point of this place. This time the leasing process was longer then it needed to be. After driving off the lot with my new leased car I noticed a problem. When I got home I contacted my salesman, Anothony, and told him that I noticed a small chip on my windshield and asked if there could be something done about it because it was approaching winter and I was afraid it would turn into a full crack. Now mind you, he never once walked me around the car. (I have learned my lesson) On the phone, Anothony basically told me it was a good thing I decided to pay extra for protection warranty but told me he would see what he could do then call me back. I have called and emailed him several times after and never once did I hear from him again. I understand there may have been nothing Hamilton could have done, but still could have looked into it for me and have the decency to call me back and acted like he actually cared. Left me with the impression I was only a sale to him. Well that chip I was so worried about turned into a large crack that had to taken care of $223 later. I will never go back there again and I make sure to tell all my customer about experience with them.
I found a truck I wanted on Cars.com and contacted the dealer. The salemen told me that when he went to pull it around he noticed a puddle and set the... vehicle up for service. To make a long story short, the truck needed transmission repairs and the service department told me the truck was not available to sell until it was repaired. It is nice that they made sure the repairs were handled, but I wasnt kept informed and needed a vehicle quickly, so I purchased from another dealer.

I have leased two vehicles and when it time to turn my lease, it was impossible. They were dragging and seems not interested to give another lease.
