I received an email from salesman John Albany a few weeks

I received an email from salesman John Albany a few weeks ago letting me know that my regular salesperson had retired and that he was available if I had any questions. I was at the dealership 7/31 to service one of my vehicles. After checking in woth service, I went to introduce myself to John. We talked about future vehicle needs and was very professional. He did share with me details on a model I was interested in and what they had in stock. John was very informative and treated me with respect through the entire experience. There was zero pressure and didn’t try to upsell me anything. I was extremely impressed with John Albany and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a Ford vehicle.
