Why send out coupons for free oil change when the coupon will expire months before a oil change is needed ?

I was able to get my car in very fast and the service was excellent. My car was repaired and promised at the time given. Drove off a happy camper.

We were communicating with our salesman, David Robinson, over the phone as we live 90 miles away from this dealer. After deciding on a used truck, we went up there to purchase this vehicle and found a new truck with the help of David. We are very happy happy with our new purchase and will definitely return when we decide to purchase a new vehicle again. And we will also refer them to anyone, anytime. Hopefully David is still there! We were very satisfied with the overall service that we received. The finance manager, Eric, was also very pleasant and helpful! Our experience was a very smooth and friendly one and we can not wait to return :)

I was shopping around to buy/order a 2012 Chevy Volt. Eriksen's was very understanding and kept me informed of when a Volt could be ordered in our marketing area. When the car arrived, they had it prep'ed that morning. My sales rep. (Dale) kept me informed of what was happening and when I would be able to take possession of it. I would recommend Eriksen's to others.

I came in one day and was welcomed by Dave Robinson. He was so polite and treated me like a lady should be. He did not try to take advantage of me because I'm new to the area and also a widow. I wasn't able to buy that day because I didn't have my trade with me.(my fault for listening to other people)When I did come back it was Dave's day off and I felt terrible about not calling first. The used car Manager Jim Williams was so nice and introduced me to Dave's father Harvey. He showed me some real nice new and used SUV's.. I see where Dave got his talent, Harvey was funny and made the car shopping thing fun!! Im now a proud owner of a "new to me" 2010 Equinox !!! Thanks again Dave, Harvey and Jim!!! I dealt with Dave Robinson when I was shopping for a truck, and was treated great! No pressure, no hassel, just lots of great help choosing the right truck. I would recommend this dealership and this salesman to anyone of my friends.

From first contact to driving off the lot, the entire process took 4 days. This was as long as it was because I did two test drives. Very efficient service.

We were impressed with this dealership. We still hate the old man behind the curtain and the poor salesman who has to run back and forth and get on his knees, but our guy did a great job for us. We wished it might have gone a little faster, but in the end we were satisfied. The delivery of the vehicle the next day was such a smooth and cool process with the vehicle inside a garage for transfer of our items. We appreciated the attitude throughout!

Bill Neal was the sales person we dealt with - he was awesome, very professional and easy to work with.
