I visited Auto Nation Ford in Westlake to turn in my 2012 Ford Fusion that I had leased for two years. I had Leased this vehicle from Barb two years ago and she kept in touch with me on a regular basis. Since I was completely satisfied with Barb and Autonation on the previous lease I was interested in purchasing a used vehicle to replace the lease turn in. I purchased a used 2008 Ford Edge Limited from Barb and she got me an awesome deal on that vehicle. There were a few minor issues with the vehicle, I contacted Barb and she immediately contacted the service department on my behalf and got the issues taken care of the same day. Brenda in service was also a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend Barb Johnson, Internet sales Manager, she is very attentive and will work with you to find you the right vehicle at the right price, you can't go wrong. Brenda in service is very pleasant and professional, I could not be happier. Will definitely return to this dealership when I am ready to purchase my next vehicle and let Barb find my next car.

REally no need to go someplace else for a car
Well winter and a ton of snow caused us to realize if we get in an accident the current safety features would be best. We began to look at Toyota again and worked our way thru the brands of Honda, Hyundai, Subaru and Ford. Most of the sales people we met really didnt have much idea of the products they were selling. Not very professional in manner or performance. UNTIL Autonation Westlake. Everyone we met was friendly as well as knowledgable in their products. After exchanging some information and the efforts from the staff to determine what we wanted and needed from a car we made our exit with no pressure or being told the deal today is the best deal. The people we found at Autonation Ford Westlake do not use the script we found that seems to be used at so many other dealerships. We were very comfortable in the entire process. A few days later we returned and were met with the same level of courtesy. We gained more info, drove more cars and again made ourr exit. After a great deal of searching for a vehicle we returned to Ford, we gained a very fair value on our trade in as well as drove home a new vehicle we are quite happy with. Thank you Lee Pizzillo for making it simple and easy.

2014 Focus Hatchback/ FORD AUTO NATION, WESTLAKE
We were shopping at least 5 competitor dealerships for a smaller car. Ford Auto Nation, Westlake, again had all the others beat, re- salesmanship, product and price! We have been dealing with the dealership for service of several used cars for many years, and were quite happy with the service department, and Nick Nunnari. The whole dealership has a very friendly atmosphere. Our salesman, Chuck Greene, was top notch....best salesperson for a car we have ever had! He was able to supply us with the exact color and features we wanted on the NEW 2014 FORD FOCUS. Chuck took much time to fully explain the car and all its features. He was especially helpful with helping us understand the compatibility of the Ford Sync system with our IPHONE. His Saturday class covering the Sync System was excellent, and so helpful to us. He expects you to call him anytime you have a question about anything, as he wants you to be fully satisfied with the product, and how to get the most out of it.

Our experience with Ford AutoNation in Westlake, Ohio was excellent! We bought a 2014 Ford Focus, and our salesman, Chuck Greene found the car we wanted in the color we wanted. He had excellent knowledge of the product, and was especially helpful with knowledge of how the Ford Sync system worked with our iPhone! The additional instruction class we attended, that he presented was also valuable! We visited at least 5 competitor car dealerships, before settling on the Ford Focus, and Ford products again were the best of the lot! This dealership has excellent service, as we have had our cars in over the years. We have great confidence in Nick Nunnardi in the Service Dept. He has always been honest with us when bringing in our cars, in the past for service, and goes out of his way to inform you about the situation for which we needed service. The dealership has a very friendly atmosphere. All employees were friendly and helpful.

The people at Auto Nation were very professional. They came to me when I came through the door and asked me what I was looking for in a car. They brought the different cars to me and allowed me to test drive several cars before I made my final decision. I liked that I sat down with one sales person (Chuck) and then only one finance person. I didn't get tossed between a whole bunch of people. Overall, it was great experience.

Chuck Greene was the kindest most pleasant sales person I have ever dealt with. He treated my wife and I with complete kindness and respect. Never once trying to power sell us. He is very knowledgeable of his products and was able to answer all of our questions. The sales and finance teams worked with us to to work out a deal that we were extremely satisfied with. The process of purchasing our 2014 Edge SEL was gratifying and we would and already have, recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. I have been bringing my 2006 Explorer here for 4 years for service. Again without any complaint and always 100% satisfaction.
