We were in a difficult spot after purchasing a 2014 Nissan Sentra in 2015 from Preston. The transmission went out at just over 1000 miles over warranty. Nissan was not interested at all in helping us in anyway, not even to split the costs. We were quoted a large amount to have it fixed. Since is was fairly new to us, we still owed a lot on it. My first call was to our Salesman Scott to ask him for advice and help. They immediately told us to drop of the car, and they gave us a rental for the weekend. We stopped in the following Monday, and they were more than helpful. We were able to settle on a nice 2018 Ford Focus, and I absolutely love it. Scott was wonderful. He made the whole process so easy and stress free. He made us feel like family. In fact everyone there was extremely nice and accommodating. I would recommend Preston very highly. I look forward to many happy safe driving days with my new car!

Super

Very happy with overall experience. Caitlyn ( and others ) did and excellent job even though I gave them a trade-in headache! Wish it was time to upgrade my other vehicle.

Impressive, Professional and Friendly!

We always come back to Bill Hale because of his professional and friendly manner, and we will continue to come back! Bill took away the pressures of buying a car and made the transition to a new car smooth and fun. He continues to stay in contact if there is anything we need or have questions about our car. Bill exemplifies putting the customer first and making sure they are taken care of during and after the whole process. We have always felt comfortable and welcomed in any department that we have been to at the Preston dealership! We will always recommend Bill Hale and Preston to our family and friends!

Made a deal for truck and dealership broke deal

I went to Preston, picked out a truck. I agreed to their asking price on their truck. They agreed to my asking price on my trade ins. It was 10pm and they could not finalize the deal as i had to return with bank check in morning. I returned the following day with check in had and the OWNER of the dealership personally came to me and said he wasn't happy with the deal and wanted me to pay an additonal $1000. I said we inked a deal and i am not paying more. He said ok and walked away. A fiance worker came to do my final paperwork and the final agreed on price went up $823 from the day before deal. I pointed this out and he said it was the same. I said i have screen shot on my phone of last night deal. You raised the price. He said 1 minute and walked away and the OWNER of the dealership came back over and said he wasn't comfortable selling me the truck and that I was untrustworthy. I just caught the dealership trying to raise the price and they accuse me of being untrustworthy. I laughed and said whatever and walked out of the dealership. I had to wait for a friend for an hour to help me take my trade ins home. They even had the nerve to call the police on me while i waited for someone to help me take my 2 vehicles back home. Not even 2 hours later I went to another dealer that gladly took my trades in for my asking price and am a pround new owner of a new truck. I will find every website associated with this dealership to tell my story how badly Preston Chevy treated me for no reason.

Car buying experience

This was my 3rd vehicle purchase from Preston and they definitely delivered! I want a certain payment and needed to be out in 3 hours and they went above and beyond to get me in the car I wanted and out the door on time!!!! A huge shout out to Scott, Curt and Dan at Preston Ford!! You guys were awesome and I will definitely spread the word and when I am tired of my beautiful 2017 Jeep Renegade I will be back!!!!

Great customer service!

Recently purchased a new 2018 Optima. When I first got there I was greated with a smile from almost every employee. I had to bring my son with me and the staff offered him snacks and even ordered pizza for lunch for their customers! I was able to talk with Bruce Friedman about was I was looking for and he was Able to find me just what I needed! Prestons offered me a great deal and an even better deal on my trade. And most importantly my monthly payments are affordable and fit right into my budget! The process was so nice I felt like I was in and out in no time at all! If your looking for a great affordable car Kia of Preston’s is your place! I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car and will definitely be returning in the future! I’m super excited about my 2018 Kia Optima and all the great features of come with! Thank you Bruce Friedman and Preston’s Kia staff! I am a absolutely in love with my new car!
