We have been doing business with Bill Hale @Preston for along time now, and will continue for many years to come. He is always curteous, Very Knowledgeable of vehicles. No pressure sales here! He is like a friend, which makes the process even easier. He always stays in touch and follows up way after the purchase. We are on our 4th lease. We now have a 2019 Equinox, This is our 3Rd Equinox and I Love it! They just get better. Thank you again for being such a Great help in our new vehicle.

Great service, nice people and price was right!
I had my oil changed and the tires rotated. I have been having this service done approximately every 5,000 miles since I bought my 2018 Silverado in March of this year. At 27,090 miles now and no problems. I will keep having these services done in the future. This is my third Silverado pickup I bought from Preston!

Double..Triple Check before you waste your time
Before you think that making a call to the dealership is enough verification for you to make the 50 min drive. Think again! Just because the very friendly operator who checks with the manager says the car is on the lot, even after you verify it’s the same one on Edmunds.com you could be wasting your time like I did. Turns out the car I drove 50 mins to see on 12.21 was Sold on 12.07. Thanks guys....because I had nothing else to do today. I really appreciate the lack of apology or feeling just a little bit bad about it. So please.....if you are thinking of getting a car from this place.....double, triple check every resource you have to make sure it’s actually on the lot and not sold 14 days before you arrived.

Great buying experience !
What a pleasant surprise: a dealership that was focused on the customer to do a deal. Dakota was an extremely knowledgeable, hard working , and pleasant salesman. It took me three months to finalize this Ford Escape as I was shopping around for the best deal. They really tried to close this sale and Dakota and his sales manager , Darrell , blew the competition out of the water. They did what they had to do to close this sale. Their commercials are true: you get a better deal out in the country. I highly recommend this Ford car store to any customer wanting a great buying experience.

Brian Boswell (sales) Ed Smith (manager) were wonderful and did what they said they would do. No double talk, no adding of any fees or costs once a final price was reached. Honest. No B.S.. I can’t say enough about “THEY DID WHAT THEY WOULD DO.”
