Over 20 years of great service!

mr ken

sales man should be employed at travling carnival selling snake oil will tell you anything to get sell . practices in BAD FAITH ,cant trust ,untruthfull , misleading according to various surveys [arrp& others] a car salesperson is the MOST UNETHICAL /trusted occupation follow by attorneys /lawyers in America .this salesperson reflects that survey

The Works

I love sexton ford they have always taken care of me. I usually make an appointment for my oil changes . I go for the works package which includes multipoint inspection oil change and tire rotation. My issues are very minor the only thing is the web appointment didn't tell me how much it would be and little did I know that Sexton had raised the price of this service from approximately $30 dollars to approximately $40. Not complaining just would have liked to know. The only other minor issue is it took an hour and a half . So even with an appointment plan on 2 hours.

Unscheduled Service

I came in for an unscheduled oil change and service. I was greeted in a friendly manner and informed this could be done but could take up to an hour. I did not mind the wait as I did not schedule this service. About thirty minutes later the service was completed. With all Sexton personnel I had contact with, I received courteous attention and polite replies. Very professional and customer friendly.

repairs to 2015 Ford Explorer

got the repairs done did not think that this stuff should be needing repairs with the SUV only being 3 years old.

Good at getting ahold of you and setting up a time to visit haven?t visited yet but like on the phone so far. I will see how they are in person soon.

Found a great salesman!!!

I love my 2005 Ford Escape. I had been driving my Ford Taurus for 17 years and was very happy with it's performance. I just wanted a change. My nephew buys most of his vehicles through the salesman, Andy Rhoades, at Sexton so I decided to see him. He was amazing and found just what I was looking for. His service was great and I will always be grateful for his assistance. Thanks, Andy!

Don't try to lure me in.

I saw a car my daughter was interested in on cars.com. We contacted the dealer and asked for information. We then received emails about how they would like to earn our business. Asking for specific details. Never received any information on the car we saw on cars.com. All we received was questions about when we were coming to dealership. It's just a way to get you to come to their dealership. Over a month has passed and I still receiving emails , no information. They still want to earn my business. If that were the case, then answer the question asked!!!

buyer beware

We drove 2 hours to look at a van we were promised was in excellent shape. We arrived and it was an overpriced rust bucket. Matter of fact most of the vehicles on the used lot were torn up auction cars that were drastically overpriced and ridiculous looking. Ready for the derby some of them. Not willing to budge on price for any negotiation, no reasoning with these people. Our sales guy was very kind. We felt sorry for him. I would never recommend this dealership!
