Kim at McLaughlin Subaru has always been amazing! I have purchased a 2017 WRX from them as well as a 2021 WRX an both experiences have been more than fantastic. I drive an hour and a half further than I need to, just because of how simple and amazing of an experience it is to buy from these guys. There is no pressure in any decision making and they have everything ready to go so you spend minimal time with the boring paperwork. When you arrive they treat you like luxury with amazing snacks and great customer service. These guys are just hands down amazing!

I had purchased a 2020 Subaru Outback last spring. While...

I had purchased a 2020 Subaru Outback last spring. While traveling and having my vehicle serviced in Florida, it was brought to my attention that I had some uneven tire wear. I took the Outback to McLaughlin Subaru for service. Jake went out of his way to get me in to look at the problem. He stated that I needed an alignment and 4 new tires. Jake's service manager said that Subaru would stand behind the issue and provided me with a loaner vehicle while they repaired my Outback. I received an alignment and 4 new tires at no cost to me. Top notch customer service! Thanks Jake!

I felt that Brandon Ellis went above and beyond during the whole car buying experience. To.letting me drive several cars then holding the vehicle for me, to driving to pick me up on the day that I planned on purchasing the Subaru Forester. Then coming out to the car and explaining several different features of the car to me. If I ever need a vehicle again, I will diffently go back to Mclaughlin Subaru of the Quad Cities.

Volvo service

have had my XC60 in twice for warranty service. Both times I brought it home with same issues. Service unable to fix electrical issues and seemingly unconcerned. I have always had great Subaru service and was expexting the same on a more expensive vehicle. Will have to find another dealer.
