The dealership is outstanding.

The dealership is outstanding. The salesperson, Kim, was extraordinary. Very easy to communicate with, and responsive to my questions. The finance person, Lou was also extraordinary. A pleasure to deal with, and very friendly.

I have had 6 Subaru love everyone of them.

I have had 6 Subaru love everyone of them. I lease every 3 years get a new car and they take care of it for me. They wash it change my oil rotate my tires couldn't ask for better service.

Kim Hicks was very helpful and knowledgeable about my new

Kim Hicks was very helpful and knowledgeable about my new Subaru. She answered all my questions and the transaction was very smooth. She let me know if I had any questions or concerns to not hesitate to call or text.

My neighbor had expressed her exceptional experience she had when purchasing at first a used Subaru Outback and later on a Jeep for her daughter at McLaughlin Subaru. Mr. Brian Cox came highly recommended. When I narrowed my search I contacted Mr. Brian Cox and was pleasantly surprised over his courteous and professional demeaner. He gave me the genuine impression of having my best interest at heart and not having this invisible sign on my forehead (like women often do at car dealerships) SUCKER! Subsequently I bought a new Subaru Outback and found out that finance as well as service personnel encountered were very friendly and most accommodating.

Everyone at McLaughlin Subaru is very friendly.

Everyone at McLaughlin Subaru is very friendly. They explained everything about the car to me. And made it very easy for me. I was comfortable and not pressured ever. I can’t say enough nice things about the people working there, and I love the car! Love, love, love my car!

Oil leak, need valve cover gasket replaced.

Oil leak, need valve cover gasket replaced. 2017 Crosstrex. I live over an hour away. I called to make an appointment to have it worked on. The lady who answered the phone in service was not helpful. She said that it would take two appointments. The first one is to diagnose the issue then a second one would be to fix it. I explained that I already knew what the issue was. I asked if they could have the parts on hand. She repeated, that the first appointment was to diagnose the issue and the second one is to repair it. I again explained that I already knew what the issue was, I am driving over an hour to bring the car in. Asked why I could not bring it it, have it repaired the same day while I wait. I am off work this week. I will not have time to come back. She said it was thier policy. I asked if I brought it in, have their master mechanic look at it, as policy stated, the mechanic agreed, woud they be able to fix it the same day? She said, if the parts are on hand. I repeated myself asking if they can have the parts ready because I already had a Master Mechanic (Ford) confirm what was wrong, Ford just did not have the Subaru tools needed. I again explained that I am driving a good distance and do not have time to come back a second time. She asked me to stop talking over her. She kept saying the same thing over and over. 2 appointments were needed, they would need to order the parts, not sure if they would have time the same day to fix it. She said I was not listening to her. So I asked, if I brought the car down today, dropped it off, would they be able to look at it, order the parts, even though we already know what is needed to fix it and have it ready to pick up by friday? She again, said I was not listening to what she was saying, Because the master mechanic would need to look at it. At this point, she was not listening and hearing what I was saying. I only have 3 days to get this fixed. I live over an hour away. I was willing to either wait there all day for the car to be fixed or to drop it off and pick it up on Friday. She HUNG UP ON ME! Even though she works in the service department, there is absolutely nothing customer service about her. There was zero effort on her part to help fix this oil leak. Very poor customer service.
