This is the second new Subaru I have purchased from McLaughlin Subaru. They have been exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. Bought both from Kim Hicks. Great gal.

Customer service is the best! They listen to what you list as criteria for a vehicle and go out of their way to accommodate your needs. Matt was my sales person, who is excellent and Zach in finance was wonderful. I couldn’t ask for better service. The facility is very clean and has a great place to wait for service, which their service people are so pleasant.

McLaughlin Subaru was exemplary! I was easily able to schedule a time for my car on-line. They gave me a loaner while my car was being serviced, and were done ( and called me) ahead of schedule.

Kim is a very thourough salesperson who showed us other models we were interested in which helped rule out them as options. SheaAnswered all of our questions and very knowledgeable. I would refer and buy from her again.
