They worked together to find me a car that would work for my daughter and I, in the price range I needed. I felt like they actually cared about me as a person and not like another sale. I hate car buying in general. But this is the second Subaru I have gotten there and both times have been pressure free. It really seems like they care about me as a person instead of a number. I will always be a returning customer for my vehicles.

This is the third Subaru we have purchased here. Kim Hicks was our sales person for our initial purchase . She never pressured us. We test drove several cars and decided the Outback was the car for us. She guided us through the workings of the car and made us feel free to call at anytime if we came up with questions especially about the technology. When it was time to trade-in the first car we knew Kim was the person to help us find what we were looking for and she did. Our most recent purchase wasn't planned. Our car was totaled ! We called Kim and she met with us quickly and had a car for us to check out. She knew what we were used to driving and found us one we are pleased with. Again she took the time so we could get familiar with the updates and gave us the opportunity to ask questions. She is knowledgeable and is honest with us.
