Great Service, Not Pushy

Kim was great! She showed us what we wanted to see, and didn’t press us for an upsell. The dealership is willing to negotiate a little when you have strong credit, and we walked out very, very happy with our brand new car! I also set up an appointment through Shaq Jalloh and he was very pleasant, professional, and helpful, even though he was not available at the time I was going to come in.

great to work with these knowlegeable and friendly people

It was a very enjoyable to work with Kim and Robert they knew their stuff and how to present it. I never felt pressured at any point. Kim was absolutely awesome to work with she knew what she was talking about, when it came time to talk price they gave me what my vehicle was worth so easy to work with .I will definitely talk to Kim when I am looking for another vehicle. No stress no hassle what more can I say.

Sherrie's THE BEST!

I always get a warm greeting when I go to this dealership and see Sherrie. She's been very good to me over the years and I can't say enough great things about her. She is kind, friendly, honest, and a delight to work with. Ask for Sherrie the next time you're there, and you'll know what I'm talking about. SHE'S GREAT!!

Third Subaru purchased from McLaughlin

Never trusted car dealership until I bought my first Subaru from McLaughlin. Enjoy working with salesman Scott Schnabel. He's very personable and never pushy. Everyone there is very friendly. Also love dealing with Beth Scherrman in the Service Department. Atmosphere at McLaughlin's is very laid-back - I can take my dog in with me. They're always responsive to questions and servicing.

Just bought our third Subaru at McLaughlin's

Never trusted car lots until we bought our first Subaru at McLaughlin's. We've never had a pushy salesman. Everyone is polite and friendly and allow my dog in. Bought our last two from Scott Schnabel, a super nice guy. Service department is also extremely friendly, and reasonably priced.

Great buying experience

Everyone from the sales staff to the Sales manager to the Finance manager were terrific and the buying experience very enjoyable. I’ll be back!

Kim Hicks was my sales lady. She was awesome!!!

Our correspondence was mainly through messages...always got a quick response. Very friendly and helpful. Love my new Subaru! Will definitely tell friends to deal with this dealership.
