Vince and Roger did an excellent job working to provide me with a lease that I was satisfied with. The financial process of the lease was super quick and... we were out of there in a reasonable time. They even put in the extra effort of cleaning the car and providing me with a full gas tank.

I have been dealing with Jim Wolff for 20 years and he has make buying a new car painless in fact the whole staff at Napletons Mercedes Benz of Schererville... are great people.
Avoid this place. In the 10 weeks since I purchased my car there, their service department has had it 5 of those weeks. This latest visit has been a month... now. When I talk to someone, other then a manager (since they refuse to talk to me or return my calls, every week for the last 8 weeks), they either tell me I need to talk to Frank (refuses to return my calls) or tries to get me to take the car before they actually finish the work. On problems I've been trying to get them to address since the day of my purchase. These people don't deserve your business and certainly won't treat you like a person.
This dealer has the worse customer service. The general manger does not care about his customers. He belittles women and yells at his customers. After... spending over 90K on a vehicle, he has the nerve to yell at a customer because he gave me the wrong keys and told me he could care less if I ever stepped foot in his dealership.
I made a few calls to various dealers asking for their best price. Roger, the sales manager gave me a good price. I came in and filled out all the paperwork... and was done within an hour. The whole team answered all my questions and repeatedly let me know if I had any more questions.
Very displeased with this experience, all they are after is your money. I brought my Mercedes to get some things fixed and they held on to the vehicle... from June til October. That’s FOUR months!!! Joe Durant from service was the one ‘helping’ me with the vehicle and he was the most unprofessional person I have ever worked with. Every time I would call to get an update, he was of no help, very rude, and he would just feed me any excuse in the book just to get rid of me. On top of this, in September one of the sales men had the audacity to call (the only phone call I received from the dealership) and try to get me to upgrade my car to a newer car, trying to make some money off of me, when they’ve held onto my vehicles for 3 months at that point. You can just imagine my frustration. Once I told Joe I only wanted to speak to his manager from now on, and that I would leave a bad review due to this experience, the car was fixed in less than 2 days. I’ve never written a bad review about any place, but this place truly deserves for people to know what kind of xxxx they are dealing with. DON’T GO HERE.
Very friendly and courteous staff which helped us with the lease of our new Volvo. Jim spent over a half an hour going over the features on our new XC... 90 and Roger explained all the different lease options that were available. Thank you Napleton
I had my 2017 Mercedes in for a routine maintenance and they damaged my vehicle, tried giving it back multiple times still damaged. it took 8 weeks to... get it back and it still is not right. xxx!! Jon Dailey service and parts director is a big D!!! never trust him, very poor behavior, rude, condescending attitude. BEWARE!!!! of the service department!!!
We enjoyed our visit and this was the first time we purchased a Mercedez. Jim Dwyer was very firendly and helpful. The management and finance team was... also friendly and helpful.
