Love my Volvo!

I purchased my Volvo on New Year’s Eve 2021. I came in the week prior to just shop and Addison took me for a test drive. The whole process from start to finish was amazing. The finance manager Jeffrey T treated us like family. I love my car and I can’t say enough wonderful things about Addison. Thank you!!!!

ZERO STARS Horrible. When I bought my $70k car at this...

ZERO STARS Horrible. When I bought my $70k car at this place they never paid off my trade in and I had payments coming out of my checking account for two months for a car they owned (trade-in). Fast forward 18 months I have a flat tire so I call Mercedes service (road side assistance included in my purchase price) to have my $71K car towed to Napleton Mercedes Service garage. Joe Durant is the manager at the Mercedes Service garage, he never called me, never did anything to fix my ONE flat tire from Friday till following Tuesday. When I called I was either hung up on, sent to voice main, or one time even told my car was not at their garage. They eventually told me (John manager) they could not help me....they had no tires and gave me no option of ordering tires or waiting for them to be delivered. John took my phone number twice and said he "would get to the bottom of this and call me back"; I never heard from him again. I ended up paying Green towing to go get my car and tow it to TIRE BARN in Valparaiso to have all new tires replaced and repaired. I will never go back to Napleton Mercedes, HORRIBLE, terrible service, actually NO service. Even the people who answer the phones are terribly rude. I have had better service at CARMAX. ZERO STARS

The process of purchasing a new vehicle was efficiently performed and professionally processed. The vehicle was exactly what I wished to acquire and the personnel at this dealership are competent and knowledgeable.

Good experience

Everyone was very friendly. They took the time to make you feel welcome. Great staff. Great cars. Great people. Only concern was wait time to get all of the paperwork done. Rob was the salesman. Great guy!

Best salesman

I am on my second purchase from this dealership. My main reason for my return is salesman Mr. Juan Barnes. He is friendly and very consistent. I love his follow through and check-ins after you have driven off the car lot. There is no pressure to buy and he is knowledgeable about the different vehicles I’ve shown interest in. That is important to me because I become hesitant real fast. Some sales reps will say anything that sounds good to get you to buy.

Vince make purchasing a new car so easy. He was professional, explained everything, answered all my questions. My car purchase was quick, straightforward and stress free. If I could give ten stars I would. Excellent customer service. Everyone at the dealership is great.

Robert was the best salesman I've ever had during a car buying experience. Very courteous and informative throughout the process. Everyone was pleasant. The process took too long, tho!

It was the best car buying experience in my life! Roger handled a few emails, trade in without a hassle and to my surprise the vehicle was better than expected. It was a custom order and wait was worth it!!! Thank you all for the great experience.
