We had a great experience at Central Cadillac with Mason and Steve, after being left very disappointed by the dealership that is local to our home. The sales staff is friendly, and they were very thorough during the delivery process. We spent a little more time there than I would have liked, but otherwise it was a pleasant experience.

I traveled over 2 hours to Central Cadillac to purchase a used BMW X3. Sandie Williams was my Sales Advisor. Sandie did an amazing job making me feel comfortable with a car I had not seen and with the trade if my vehicle. The Car I was purchasing was in great demand and she fought for the best price and the most convenient way for me to take delivery. Sandie followed up and made me feel comfortable that she represented my best interest at the dealership that was over 2 hours away. Long time customer. I wasn't aware that Mr. Ken Matthews had retired, happy for him! Would have loved to say goodbye!!! His replacement Jason is doing a fantastic job.

NIGHTMARE experience w/Salesman & General Manager
My suspension went out 3 weeks after purchasing vehicle. Dealership refused to fix or cover anything. Tried to bribe me into signing no talk waiver

Rattle noise seems to come from under the hood.
I left my 2011 Sport Wagon for investigation and cure of persistent ranttle seemingly under the hood on the driver's side. I was given a loaner. I was called to pick up car approximately 4 pm. Returned loaner, paid $208 bill was told the cause of rattle was found and corrected. Today, 4/3/18 I drove the Wagon on Highway 271 as well as on surface streets, smooth ones, and detected the rattle again only louder! Suffice it to say, I am very unhappy.
