Dishonest sales team.

Dishonest sales team. They give you numbers. When you tell them it’s not going to be a deal and why, they come back to make the offer pretty. But they wrote it on a paper and it doesn’t go on the finished paperwork. I’m paying $190 in fees a month for my lease when they promised me much lower fees. Then when I figured it out, they try to give me the go around on how paying 7000 in rates and fees over 3 yrs is ok with a 790 credit score. The sales manager was rude and did not care. Not the honest way to conduct business

Bought a brand new 16 Trax.

Bought a brand new 16 Trax. Paint started peeling. Called, they told me they knew about it and if I wanted it repaired I'D Have to pay for it. I'll never buy a Chevy again.

Bought a brand new 16 Trax. Paint started peeling. Insurance covered first incident then said it was a paint defect. A simple Google search showed that was correct and Chevy and you were aware of it. A woman in your service dept told me about the defect said it could be repaired at cost to ME. Contacted Chevy and got the same response after they contacted you. The car now has 43 thousand miles and was told it can't be fixed at a discount because it's "out of warranty". Wasn't aware that defective paint had a warranty date. You sold a defective vehicle and refuse to stand by your product and your manager couldn't be bothered to return my calls.

Had a vehicle towed in and diagnosed.

Had a vehicle towed in and diagnosed. Price was extravagant and wanted it towed back home; sent the tow truck there and tried to pay for the diagnosis and they declined and made me wait. Called to pay for diagnosis a second time after they said they would call me back and gave me the run around. Forwarded to 3 people and then a voicemail, The tow truck left because of them and their greed of me not getting the service done there. If you want to pay scam prices. Get your repairs done here. You cant even pay for the diagnosis to get your car out because of their greed.

I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealer. I had some concerns, but they were addressed. Marcus went out of his way to make sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase.
