    I will start by saying my family has 4 cars from Mike Anderson and have never had an issue until this point. Brought my 2015 impala in on Monday 2/27 for an oil change and something going on with my radio that had me driving from NWI to Carolina without a radio. They determined it needed an update. Not sure why if something needs updating that I wouldn't be notified prior. I also had experienced my interior lights brightening and dimming. They updated the radio, gave me an oil change but found nothing with lights. I picked my car up Tuesday evening. Drove it once Wednesday. Go to start it Thursday and it won't crank. Look up at lights, nothing left on. Come back out a little while later and its completely dead. Wont even unlock. I call Mike Anderson about my concerns and that I just picked the car up not even 36 hours and I have an extended warranty. Young lady on the phone tells me all she sees is a 36,000 mile warranty in the system and i should call my insurance for a tow. I'm then forced to call my seller Dave Starko who is off, but has sold my family cars since the 80's. he calls me back with a tow and rental car setup. I have an extended warranty along with Chevy Roadside Assistance. I would think all of this would be in the system and I could be helped by calling the dealership and not my seller from home. They then had my car from Thursday 3/2 night until the following Friday 3/10 . 8 days. I received a phone call Friday 3/3 saying they can't see anything wrong, they may keep it over the weekend. I did not receive another call until I called Wednesday 3/8 and they called me back saying they still couldn't find anything. "He wants to cold start it in the morning one more time". Thursday comes and I hear nothing. Friday 3/10 I am finally called that nothing was found. No weak battery or anything. Which is weird because I just had my car there for electrical reasons and a car completely dies, like I've never seen before, a day later. Then I have to pay 80 dollars to pick my car up because nothing was found to be wrong and when nothing is found the warranty does not cover it. I am disappointed in the communication and or knowledge of the service department not to be able to see that I have an extended warranty. Not to be able to see that I have Chevy roadside assistance and that I would have to call my seller on his day off. I am also dissatisfied that my car could be had for 8 days and I get 2 phone calls and that I would have to call and inquire due to the lack of communication. I have been coming here for years and have bought 5 different cars from Chevy. I trust Dave Starko as he is always helpful. This encounter to me is unacceptable.

    The salesman, Jonathan Devine, was excellent! I had never purchased a car by myself before and was very nervous. He was very kind and explained everything to me. He made the whole experience painless. I love my new Sonic and the professionalism of everyone at Mike Anderson Chevrolet of Merrillville IN!
