STAY AWAY YOU WILL TELL THEM 8 CYLINDER ENGINE THEY WILL PUT YOU IN A 4 CYLINDER ENGINE THEY PUT ME IN A TRUCK WITH A CAR ENGINE I SPECIFICALLY SAID SEVERAL TIMES IT MUST BE AN 8 CYLINDER AND THE SALESPERSON LED ME TO BELIEVE IT WAS A 8 CYLINDER ENGINE I DIDN'T REALIZE IT WAS 4 CYLINDER ENGINE TILL I GOT IT HOME STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY WILL xxxx YOU TOO

It was a quick oil change. The staff was very friendly. I've never met a more courteous group of people in a dealership. I would recommend them to everyone needing a car or service.

They give you out the door pricing and when a deal is made, that's when you find out after the purchase that they had drop items off the bill of sale of things that had been agreed up on. What a shady dealer!

Pleasantly surprised!

Pleasantly surprised! I recently purchased a 6 yr. old (67K millage) vehicle from Mike Anderson Chevrolet of Merrillville, In.. I believe it was a fair deal for both parties. On my way home (72 mi./1.5hrs.)with my new 24+K cash purchase, error warning lights pop on and my cruise control turns off and unable to correct the issue. After returning home a prompt phone call was made to Mike Anderson Chevrolet. A kind gentleman (Sales manager) understood my situation and let me take the car to a local dealer in my area and would pay for the diagnostics or bring it back to their service center for diagnostics. To my surprise, they were good to their word. They covered a $600+ diagnostic bill. My entire experience was very positive and would deal with them again. Thank you!

Price i saw online was the exact price I was given when I walked through the door, actually 500 less cause of my military service. Marcus greeted and welcomed me before I even got through the door, and it was very cold outside that day but there he was. Got exactly what I was looking for, no hassle no runaround. Best prices within 100 miles, I Google searched before I went.. If you want a great deal with no hassle and lots of ease this is the dealership you want. Anything and everything you're looking for is here, their stock is impressive. 2 weeks after buying the vehicle windshield started to crack from rock on highway, Marcus once again is going above and beyond to try to help me get it taken care of. This is what gets you return customers right here
