Buyers beware

Went here today to look at a used suv . i was ok withe the price till i say the back brakepads through the rim they were almost non-existent but yet they say that those are in Spec to what they send out these brake pads should have been marked red for replacement they had a marked green on they're little checklist sheet the tires were really worn down also. I get it it's a used car but now we're talking about actual functionality and safety brake pads and tires that if are below spec should be replaced before you sell a car and wouldn't budge on the price If bought the car I would have to go drop at least another 1000 for Tires which are 250 a piece which i priced, and Brakes on the back. Couldn't really see the front but I would imagine they probably needed to be done also, probably $500 for those. not to mention it was too scuffs on one side of the vehicle in the front and the back which would have to go to a body shop to get touched up which i get it, its used. The best is when I brought all these factors the salesman said they can't budge on the price they have somebody else already looking at it and pay what it is going for right now. I said let me meet this gentleman and the salesman proceeded to give me his hand saying he's going to buy it he's going to have his wife come down right now I don't know what kind of shady practice they run but I don't like that dealership. brake pads and tires I've been working on car since I've been teenager and they were bad and worn out

SATISFIED CUSTOMER ENJOYING A MORE UP TO DATE CA

Mr. Roberto Bustos was very knowledgeable when helping search for a used car with a Trade-In. My mom and I were so excited about reconnecting with him because he sold my dad a new Chevy back in 2008. I'm so happy to be a part of the MIKE ANDERSON family. Every question I asked was answered until I had full understanding. My overall experience was AWESOME!! MR. ROBERTO BUSTOS went over and beyond. I do not recommend Mike Anderson if you are in search of

I do not recommend Mike Anderson if you are in search of a certified used vehicle. Save yourself the money, trouble, and time by going somewhere else for your certified used vehicle. I bought what I thought was a certified used vehicle on January 13th. On February 25 it just completely shut down leaving me a sitting duck alone on a dark wooded area near a funeral home. I was literally stressed and “freaking” out. That Monday, I called Mike Anderson and they told me to have it towed in- my insurance hooked and towed my car from the front. Later, when I called to check I was told they did not know what was wrong and would call Southlake Kia under a warrantee- KIA kept my vehicle until March 28. I picked up my vehicle from Mike Anderson but when I went into the gas station, I notice that now my bumper is cracked -of course no one knew what happened. Today my car is still not running as before and the gas does not last. Mike Anderson staff was great throughout this entire process- Steve B. and Quinten Y. were courteous, focused and empathetic to my concerns. Nevertheless, I wish someone had warned me! I do not recommend Mike Anderson for any used certified vehicles. Save yourself the money, trouble and time by going somewhere else for your certified used vehicle👎.
