Service Department
My Jeep Grand Cherokee was due for an oil change. I called the service department to have my Jeep picked up from my work place, they arrived within 30 minutes and had it back to me within an hour and a half! Terry Henricks CDJR service department has always had excellent customer service!

Made Truck buying easy
Went to look at one truck but it was sold. Ended up going back down to see another which they had told me was coming in. All the people were friendly and helpful. You can tell they enjoy their jobs. Made what little wait I had for the results in buying the second truck very easy. Done with in less than an hour. Thanks

Called and asked if the dealer had the new Pacifica, sure one in the show room and one on the lot. How late are you open today (Saturday) 2:00 pm. we maybe up to look at it. Pulled in the dealers parking lot and as we approached the entrance the door came open and we were welcomed. We had John go over the specifics of the Pacifica and he asked if we'd like to drive one; sure. John went over all the start up process and some of the controls that we were new. Very good knowledge of the Pacifica!

I did the entire deal via the internet. I found the vehicle on Cars.com and left the lead. I was contacted immediately by the internet department. Jaret took great care of my wife and my son when they went down to pick up the vehicle.

Refreshing Experience
What a refreshing place to shop!!!!!! We have not bought a vehicle from here. YET. We worked with TED TRACY. Ted took the time the actually LISTEN to us and is actively trying to help us find just the right vehicle for US. When he says he will call, he does. Great follow through.
