Sales person and manager was dishonest, deceiving, rude and failed or refused to honor a handshake offer and agreement. Then refused to even honor their own given offer. Many lies and the ole' switcheroo. One of the most stressful and frustrating experiences I have ever encountered. These two are poster children for the despicable reputation given to car salesmen. The only positive encounter was with the finance manager.

I went in to Paul Heuring Ford last year to purchase my own first car. I was fresh out of college and had no prior knowledge or experience with such things, and I had no idea what to expect. Everyone at the dealership (ESPECIALLY Joe) was incredibly kind, understanding, and helpful. Joe stayed hours later than he needed to, ensuring I got the best deal, making sure that I understood everything that was going on, and cracking jokes and making me laugh when I was getting overwhelmed. He helped make my first car buying experience the best it possibly could have been. Thank you, Joe, and Paul Heuring Ford!

I have purchased several cars and came to this dealership and purchased a car from Joe Orosz. I was so pleased with the first car we came back the second night and got another! We are now the proud owners of two escapes and the sales experience and staff were all great!

It's difficult for me to get it of the house often, and my credit isn't great. My salesman Joe Orosz was able to walk me through the process through e-mail, text, fax, and multiple personal phone calls making sure that I understood what was happening at each step. He made me feel like I was his only client! The end result was me driving a cute car with a very affordable payment!! He has even followed up by phone to ensure that I was happy with my car!!

The salesman was absolutely amazing. He got me what I was looking for at the price and payment I needed. He has been great with follow up questions and concerns. He even went into work on his off day to find and give me the code to the door when I locked the keys in the car. I have to say that is great service. We love the car and will be happy to go there for our next purchase. Highly recomend this dealership and Joseph Orosz as your salesman.

I couldn't of been more happy. He was friendly, honest and answered a million questions that I had. He followed up afterwards with a phone call and has always answered any additional questions.
