Took my 2018 Ford F250 turbo diesel SuperCrew into

Took my 2018 Ford F250 turbo diesel SuperCrew into Lindquist to have warranty work done to it they should have contacted by warranty people before they done anything but then charged me $300 for Diagnostics and didn't do anything to the truck so they just cost me money I'm not happy with them at all, they need to come up with some money for me because that was ridiculous

Best price for tires.

Best price for tires. I had quotes from multiple locations and Lindquist had the best deal. The service department always treats me well. From Michael to Haley and the person who cleans the vehicle after service. They all play an important role in providing a good customer experience.

Salesman was good, vehicle needed repairs which they took

Salesman was good, vehicle needed repairs which they took care of. Picked up the next day, detailing of vehicle was not as good as expected but I did buy a chevrolet from a Ford dealer.

They failed to honor their commitment

In June I bought a new explore. I was told I qualified for a $1,000 award as part of the Ford salute those who serve program. I have the text indicating that I did qualify. The sales person helped me fill out the online process and stated I would received $1,000 from Ford once I provided the documents. I supplied the documents and received notification the program no longer supported retired first responders. The sales person said he would check with his manager. He then said I would be receiving $500 and not $1000. The next text indicated that I would receive $1000. Now I have been told I will receive nothing. The sales person said that was a Ford decision not the local dealership. I reminded him that he was speaking for Ford when he said I qualified. He said he would take it up with his manager. He even called me back to check with me to make sure he had the right number to give to his manager. That has been two weeks and I have heard nothing. I assumed that commitments made by sales personnel would be binding, especially when there is documentation, pictures, screen shots and etcetera that provide a paper trail. Very disappointed that I have not heard back from the manager.

Dont go here...terrible dealership.

Lost thr keys to my car. Lied about it. Very rude. Pro.ises by management to look into it and get back with me never happened. Contacted Corporate Ford and they said deal with dealership. Refused to help even when I told them about dealership. Ford is only after your $$. Do not care about long term customers. Should be zero stars.
