I drive out of my way, 40 minutes, and don't go to the

I drive out of my way, 40 minutes, and don't go to the Jeep dealer in Hyannis, because of the service and engagement of staff like Christine Gill. Christine talks to me like a friend, not as a customer, and provides advice that I am sure she would give to her own family, about scope of work (what to do or not) to maintain my 2021 Firecracker Red 2 dr Wrangler as if it just left the showroom floor.... I might also mention that the reason we purchased 4 years ago from Paul Cote, was that he went the extra mile *during Covid and chip shortages - to order my Jeep exactly the way I wanted (which was not the case at the other dealer). Today, Christine also arranged for a recall service down the road proactively - All good here - I'll be back again!

Got a state inspection sticker.

Got a state inspection sticker. The service rep was professional and it was done in timely manner. I?ve had good experience each time we bring my Jeep in for service.

The service was fast and efficient.

The service was fast and efficient. I will be performing my next service there in a few months. Went in for oil change and they did an update on the electrical system and since I was getting that done I asked for an inspection and they were happy to fit that in as well. Highly recommend.

I have nothing but the highest regard for the Service

I have nothing but the highest regard for the Service Team. My Gladiator had numerous warning lights come on at once and they had me drop off the vehicle as soon as they had an open slot from completed jobs. They provided constant updates and completed the repairs ahead of schedule. The Service staff was kind, professional, and in constant communication.

Not at all accommodating to Island Customers no car

Not at all accommodating to Island Customers no car loaners, no drop offs to boat, always takes longer then promised, very nonchalant attitude.
