Worst service department ever !!!!! It’s been 3 weeks since I brought my 2019 compass in for service with problem not resolved and still have not got a call back and won’t take my calls don’t do anything at this dealership it’s the worst I have ever dealt with all around no customer service no follow up my Thad trash in my truck that was not mine when it was picked up

I purchased my 2016 jeep new in 2017. My buying experience, plus my service experience was always incredible. Everyone treated you like family and a friend of the community. Took time to talk and help in anyway at anytime with no hesitation. I recently heard a lot of those incredible peop.e from sales to service have been replaced. I went in on Monday because a censor light went on. The service man Phil was more interested in me having an oil change our windshield wipers. Mind you my car only has 10,000 miles on it so when the censor like went on I knew it more than likely if anything needed to be replaced. No brainer. It wasn't as if I had a noise or something I had no idea what was wrong. I was told to leave my car, that's fine. I asked if it needed to be replaced what it would cost. Then I was asked to sign giving permission to service my car, nothing new. Then told it would cost $149.00 Just to bring it in to what I was told to evaluate?? Evaluate?? What's to evaluate. The censor lights on. I've never been charge before. I would drop my car off, they would check it out call with what was wrong fix it and that's that's. Needless to say I left. Took my care to Falmouth Motors . Dropped it off got a ride home and back. Had the censor replaced, for less than Others quoted me. I was not charge for them to "evaluate it's and to top it off the mechanic Tim used his AS A discount to get the price lower. Jeff and his crew are exactly what more people need . Personable, caring friendly . O'Hara needs to clean house and bring all the other people back who couldn't do enough for you. I have sent a total of four other family and friends to them in the past but not anymore.

Great experience
My wife was shopping around for a new SUV; her internet search brought her to O'Hara Motors with the best deal around. After careful review of all the options, we made the decision to visit the dealership. Don, Sales Manager, was very accomodating and thorough, especially with the COVID19 pandemic. Nancy, Finance Manager, was a gem as well; she came in on a Saturday during limited service at the dealership to get our financing in order. We drove away with the car the same day which I understand may not always be the case and feeling part of the O'Hara Motors family. By the way Don, Nancy wanted 02718 on the paperwork. LOL!!!!

Wonderful buying experience.
Paul the sales manager was so wonderful to deal with he made things very smooth and affordable, Steve the salesman was also a very friendly guy with no pressure, I worked with them over the course of a few days and when everything was agreed upon the paperwork and delivery went smooth. I highly recommend these guys and gals.

Wonder Experience
Wonderful experience buying a 2020 Gladiator. Shawn helped us get the exact vehicle we wanted, kept me updated as to when it would come in and made the buying experience very nice. He and Nancy went above and beyond for my 10 year old daughter and me. Even sent someone to pick us up over an hour away when they heard I would have to use Uber to get me there.
