very friendly not forceful on customerservice

I liked that the salesman weren't pushy sometimes that turns people off right away l am one of those people that's why I made my purchase there

Great service, friendly knowledgeable people

We, my wife and I, were treated with respect and very professionally. Jerry Smith is as fine a gentleman as we have encountered in any line of work. Glad to have him as our salesman. Thank you

Oil change/tire rotation

Oil change and tire rotation was very quick and thorough. No complaints, excellent service at a fair price. Appreciated the car wash token after a hard winter...

ALL CAR BUYING SHOULD BE THIS GREAT!!!!

BOUGHT A 2012 SIERRA 1500 ON MARCH 11 DONT LET THE CONSTRUCTION FOOL YOU,,EVERYONE INVOLVED WAS FREINDLY,KNOWLEDGABLE,PROFESSIONAL AND GENUINE...EVERYTHING FROM START TO FINISH WAS DONE IN A NON THREADINING,NO GAMES,SMOOTH TRANSACTION...FROM PETER WHO SOLD ME THE CAR.TO KYLE THE SALES MANAGER TO ED IN FINANCE AND OTHERS,,THEY ALL MADE IT BY FAR THE BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE IVE EVER BEEN INVOLVED WITH..AND HAVING 6 CHILDREN AND WIFE WITH CARS I HAVE ALOT OF CAR EXPERIENCE,,,I PLAN ON GIVING MY HIGHEST RECOMENDATION TO FAMILY AND FRIENDS...SO IF ANYONE OUT THERE IS LOOKING TO BUY..CHECK THEM OUT...ALL CAR BUYING SHOULD BE THIS GREAT... 5 STAR ALL THE WAY

Great service!

I have been very pleased with the sale and service of my Terrain. Recently, the staff did a wonderful job replacing my radiator, and provided me with a rental car for the period of time needed to fix my car. Great job!

Friendly staff, nice facility

Came in for the first oil change/checkup. They found a nail in the tire and plugged it on the spot. I was able to connect to the WiFi in the waiting area so I could work while I waited.

Great friendly staff and sales force

Very good experience not pushy nor did I feel pressured into a sale. Gerry took the time to explain everything and got me the truck that fit my needs.

Great service, great facilty, friendly people

Service we'll handled. Salesman was attentive to my needs. Receptionist was friendly got back to me right away. I highly recommend this dealership!

Representative was very friendly, I was given receipt/diagnostic report and it was explained to me. Service was prompt and there was a nice waiting area
