I first went into Varsity Ford a few weeks ago for just one purpose: to get a quote on a new Escape. I didn't want any sales pitches or pressure, just a quote. The front desk had me talk with Aaron Beach. He was outstanding. Gave me the quote on an Escape with exactly the package that I wanted. No more, no less. No pressure at all. My husband and I met with him again a few days later and decided to make our big purchase. I was very impressed. Going into this, I was nervous dealing with a big dealership. I had never bought a new vehicle before so I wasn't sure what to expect aside from what you see on tv about salesmen! Aaron made this whole big process so easy. He was more than happy to answer all my silly questions and responded very quickly to emails before I actually bought our vehicle. Very very impressed with both Aaron and Varsity Ford. Will definitely go back when the need arises. Thank you so much.

It is always a pleasant experience each time I visit Varsity Ford, whether to buy a new Car or have my car serviced. I took my Ford Focus for service related to a Safety Recall. While I've been using Varsity Ford for service since 2013 this is the first car I bought at Varsity. The entire experience was not only painless but fun! Donna was wonderful to work with. She made me feel like I was her only and most important customer. She took her time explaining all details through the process. I have already recommended her to friends and will continue to.

John found the perfect car for me. I wanted specific rims on my fusion and I wanted a sunroof and that's what I got! They had to search for my car but they found it quick and after that it went very fast, the car was brought to the dealership and the paperwork didn't take long at all. I would definitely recommend this dealership as they have a great selection of vehicles and if they don't have the one you want they'll find it for you!

I received a phone call letting me know lease was up in a couple months. This I knew but John made me aware of the early bird that Ford has. He got me a new Escape and better price.

Jerry goes so far above and beyond. Called after to make sure I was happy with vehicle, synced my phone with me. Had to make a trip back to the dealership for additional paperwork and he filled up my gas tank. I will definitely be a return customer with Jerry and highly recommend him!!
