    We have had 3 sales/lease experiences now with Mid-Hudson Subaru and all 3 have been top notch. 3 different salespersons over 5 years and all 3 have been... exemplary. I recently traded in for a used upgrade and feel like I hit the jackpot with the vehicle but also, more importantly, the salesperson, Lauren. Every step of the way was handled professionally and with a personal touch that was a welcome change from the usual pushy sales. Highly recommend MH Subaru and Lauren! THANK YOU

    I was just watching a commercial for Mid-Hudson Subaru on TV, and thought it was necessary that I write a review. My husband and I recently bought our... 2nd and 3rd Subarus from mid-Hudson. The dealership is such a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. The listen to your needs, don't push you to make a decision, and are so helpful on the backside of a sale. We worked with Trish and she was knowledgeable, helpful and followed up with phone calls after each step to make sur everything was moving smoothly. We were so impressed with Mid-Hudson that we suggested my mom go there and she purchased a new Subaru as well, with Trish's help. I works highly recommend Mid-Hudson

    Simply put: they take care of there customers like they are family. The entire process is geared to clear understanding of the problem, what are your options,... cost and long term plan for your car. They are always transparent and are NOT trying to pry additional money from you. My family has purchased 3 loaded cars from this dealer and have always had them serviced at this dealership. Over the past 10 years and have had 1 time that one of my cars broke down on the road and had to be towed to service. We drive each car between 22,000 to 30,000 miles a year. We drive down to Long Island New York City and Vermont in the winter. That is what we consider a dependable car and a great service department.

    Went in to the dealership to inspect some used cars after already browsing their website. Met with Bob and he showed me the cars similar to what I was... looking for. Even if what I was looking for wasn't there, he gave very honest and helpful advice in my search. I would definitely do business here again.

    Brought my Forester in for service at Mid Hudson Subaru With 109 thousand miles it was the logical thing to do A young gentleman greeted me as I pulled... up to the service door He was cordial, confirmed my info, he knew what I was coming for I went inside and was escorted to the courteous service rep He had the info asked me if I had any other problems, another easy step I said an oil change and tire rotation and anything else you think I should do The rep said do not worry the mechanic will do a check and I will get back to you Had some complimentary coffee thought I would give it a try I made myself comfortable and hopped on their free WI-fi I could not help but notice the positive buzz around that place Every one seemed happy very positive and lots of smiles on their face Each rep dealt with every customer in a very caring way I must admit after a few minutes there, it really brightened up my day While waiting, I spoke with some customers and a service rep or two What a great experience at a car dealership, wow, I just never knew Before you know it my car was ready, no surprises, service with a smile It will be another 7500 miles, I wont be there for a little while I would usually drop off my car and come back in an hour or two But from now on, I will stay there wait and visit with my friends at Mid Hudson Subaru

    I had a most pleasant buying experience with my sales consultant, Mike Rutski. Mike was both professional and knowledgeable in all aspects. I was not rushed... nor pressured to purchase a vehicle. He went over car options and available financing. Mike is very personable and easy to interact with. All employees were courteous and helpful. Ask for Mike; you won't regret it!

    I recently purchased a used Forester from Bob at Mid-Hudson Subaru... My girlfriend and I pulled in on a Saturday just looking around, we enjoyed ourselves... as we checked out the lot without every being bothered. We only spoke to a salesman once we entered the building and were greeted by Bob. He was extremely helpful and answered any question we had about pricing and financing while still being respectful. I returned the following Thursday on a whim to test drive a couple and Friday I drove my Forester home. From start to finish I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Bob helped us every step of the way and was extremely polite, respectful, and knowledgeable. He never rushed us or created a sense of pressure. During the week I didn't receive any pestering phone calls or emails inquiring about my decision like I have from other dealers in the area. When I picked the car up it had been detailed bumper to bumper and I could not have been more impressed. We were so pleased with the service from Bob we will be back for a new car for my girlfriend in no time.

    I been looking to buy a new car for the longest time, I been to 3 different dealerships, needles to say I didn't buy anything from them because the service... was awful. I went to Mid Hudson Subaru confused as to what car to get n whether or not I should buy a Subaru. Wayne Byingyon took his time to get to know me as a person n after that he made a suggestion. The greatest thing about him was the fact that he treated me as a person and not just like "oh great I will make my numbers if I get her to buy a car". I used to be in sales and getting that kind of attention and customer service was great! After I decided to buy a wrx I wanted to go over everything, (price, warranties and all that), well I didn't have to say anything, Eddie another great guy I met, helped and explained everything I signed line by line, so no surprises. Overall the service and kind of customer service I got was amazing!! I recommend people to go and buy their new car with these great people. Super happy with my new car!!
