Went in for a car wash.

Went in for a car wash. Car looks amazing and Bill Stanage was a big help. Ended up getting a few scratches buffed out and it looks so much better. Definitely recommend going to the South Bend Gurley Leep on Ireland road!

Fantastic service!

Fantastic service! They found me a great deal on my dream car! I didn’t think it was in my price range and they made magic happen! Didn’t get the car I went there to look for cause they had my dream car instead! 12 out of 10!!

Service for steering repair Ford F350 Super Duty.

Service for steering repair Ford F350 Super Duty. Charged over $4000. When putting the front tires back on, they did not tighten the lug nuts. Next day drove at highway speed over the SkyWay 180 feet above ground. At my destination, traveling at 20 mph the front left tire fell off destroying the entire hub assembly and wheel well. Another $3300 repair. Could have rolled and died with my daughter in the car. Service manager Mike Campbell and technician M. Spahn and ownership of Gurley Leep Ford....no response to my calls and messages. Beware of this dealership. No ethics and no morals. Chandler....You're the best!

I had EXCEPTIONAL service with Chandler! He was very attentive to meeting my needs for my older vehicle. Always pleasant in speaking with me on the telephone and made it a point to explain the services recommended ahead of time for my approval. He was quick to schedule a time when the most qualified serviceperson would perform the specific service and made sure I was provided an Ubber to and from. What an awsome complimentary service to customers! I am a very satisfied customer! GREAT service Chandler!

Never again! I’ll take my car elsewhere! Done!

I had my 08 Ford Taurus towed to dealership! It had dead battery. That’s all! My car wasn’t returned to me until four days later! Service manager was rude and said my car needed diagnostics which it didn’t! I refused to pay for it!
