Great car buying experience

First experience with Atchinson Ford, Belleville. Mike Cogley listened to me, and found the car I was looking for, Kept me updated and explained the entire process. Honest but Overpriced

Went to see a van they had online. What a waste of time!! They were upfront about what was wrong with it...which was a lot of things. Van was WAY overpriced and dealership had no intention of fixing anything.

Very friendly dealership

Very friendly salesman. Allowed me to test drive a vehicle I was looking into. We're very honest with me about the capabilities of the vehicle and that it wouldn't suit me for what I needed but offered to show me more options.

New Escape/Ron ONeil, Salesman

Afghanistan my son's at

I took my son's car for recall n to check the trans, they dropped me off at home n waited all day for them to call me, they did they would pick me back up to get the car. They called at 5:40 n said I will have to find a ride back up there, that the driver who picks u up already stopped for the day.. Thank God my daughter didn't leave yet or I wouldn't have had no way back up there. So my car would have sat there till Monday til they reopened again.. very poor that way.. They could have called earlier to get me back up there even if I had to sit for a few.. I was already sitting at home waiting on them n depended I there service since they did take me home.

Salesman Mike Schatz was great!

Salesman was GREAT!!!! The buying time took quiet longer than expected. Especially since my financing was already prearranged. Mike took time to demonstrate all of the features of my 2015 Fusion.
