First time at Atkinson's Ford, Dale Derrick helped me find what I wanted with no hassle. They were fast in turn around, test drove day 1 in afternoon, and picked up my Truck the next evening.

I recently purchased a used vehicle from Atchinson for $10,000 in the summer. I throught it may need some repair because it was riding a little rough so when I purchased it I took it to get some suspension repair. I didn't think it would be $2000. I payed it then realized the air conditioning didn't work, I thought it needed a recharge, after I payed for that it leaked I had to pay for the AC compresser that was another $500. After that was done about two month later it started to shut off. I took it back to the shop and found out the timing chain was bad the guys at the shop told me it looked like someone changed it and didn't do it correctly there was metal shaving in the engine. That was another $2000. A few days later today 1/2/2000 I take it to another shop just to make sure this shop isn't the problem. They tell me the starter is bad and the engine is knocking. I now need a new car and only had this one for a few month. Thanks Atchenson for cheating me out of $14,500.

Salesman: Dale Derrick - I came in to see a couple vehicles. Originally wanted an Acadia, but changed my mind. I canceled my appointment because of snow - No problem. Came in the following day to see a Buick Enclave and a Ford Flex. Drove both, but went with the Buick in the end (both were very nice, so it was a pretty even fight). Dale let me take the keys and go test things out as I saw fit. He made the whole process painless, and pressure free. I highly recommend him.
