We were very pleased with Wayne I., our sales rep @ Alden Mazda. He went out of his way to accomodate us in purchasing a CPO Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring. He is knowledgeable about Mazda models (used and new). Professional and attentive. We highly recommend reaching out to Wayne if you're interested in Mazdas. Bev & Ron

Great, no-pressure sales experience with Chris Britto. He respected my request to take a solo test drive to really get a good feel for the car before going to talk price. The back and forth was again, low pressure and the dealership offered a good deal. The only downside is the distance I needed to go from home. If this dealership were closer, I’d consider taking the car in for service, but the hour commute is a bit much. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

This dealership pushes parts and service you do not need! My CX5 went in for front end shimmy @ hiway speeds and a clunk sometimes when the brake pedal was applied @ very low speeds. They said the shimmy was caused by BOTH front rims being bent, and moved them to the rear to minimize vibration. I was quoted a new rim price of $681.87 EACH! The clunk they said came from the rear brakes so a $585.00 rear brake job was done even though the pad thickness was @ 4MM and the minimum was 2 MM. Pads would have probably lasted another 6 months to a year. Vibration from the rear of the car was still there @ hi-way speeds and the brake pedal clunk is still there. I used a dial indicator to measure the axial run-out of each rim and they varied from .027" to .041". Research showed when you get to .050", you could have problems. You can't see that small a bend by eye! I stopped @ a auto repair shop I trust and they suggest a particular tire shop that they use and had all the equipment to check out the tires and rims. This shop said there was no real problem with bent rims, but the 2 tires on the rear rims were badly SCALLOPED, which he showed me and you could feel it on the tires! How come the Mazda tech didn't see this! He also asked me where I got these no name tires and I said the dealer. He said he didn't know if he could even get them! I replaced all 4 with tires he recommended and the car drives smooth and the ride is much softer. I mentioned the brake clunk to this tire dealer and he checked the front suspension sway bar and determine that was not the cause of the clunking. It did not show and loose or worn parts and he did not charge me for this inspection. He also told me his brake jobs are $350/ axle! My total for the service @ this Mazda dealer ship for this work was $839.90 and it didn't solve the problems. Take your repair and service work somewhere else!

The service dept is excellent.. dependable, helpful, honest. However, I would no longer purchase a car from them. 5 years ago, they were dependable and reasonable. However, the last purchase I made from them, they did not disclose the vehicle had been in an accident, even tho they themselves ordered the vehicle repaired at the local body shop. Even confronted with the facts, they still denied it was them who ordered the fixes.... and these fixes included all three side panels. I have the repair order.

The best service dept in the area. From start to finish everything done with the best interest of the customer in mind. I will not go anywhere else to have my vehicle service. Extremely satisfied I choose Alden Mazda to have my vehicle serviced. Thank you again.

Sales dept. low pressure and accommodating, however had a bad experience with service and general manager Tony. Took our miata Prut in for clicking noise when opening and closing. Paid $149 diagnostic charge and when all was said and done received an estimate of approximately $4500 for repair. Took car home and researched on YouTube. Went out next day and fixed problem in 10 minutes!! I am not a mechanic! Please be careful to not get ripped off! Get a second opinion.

My significant other and I were in need of a second vehicle. Residing in western Massachusetts, we researched available CX-5s throughout Connecticut and Massachusetts. A note, I am not a fan of shopping for a vehicle given past experiences with pressure tactics. I am so pleased to share we experienced none of that at Alden Mazda (so refreshing!). We found several vehicles online that we were interested in and after speaking with Wayne, we drove 2 hours to look at them. Wayne answered every question we had before, during and after our test drive. After deciding to purchase one of the 3 we looked at, we worked with Wayne, Tony and Amy to finalize the deal. The entire experience was pleasant, stress-free and we are thrilled with our 2020 CX-5 GT. Our other vehicle is 8 years old and both Dave and I have already agreed, we'll head back to Alden when it's time to replace it. Wayne was fabulous to work with and his sense of humor was an added bonus! We'd happily give more than 5 stars.

While on the market for a Mazda Miata Convertible and reading these reviews I contacted Chris Britto and told him I wanted a new Miata Convertible. He contacted me as soon as one came in. I'm glad I waited because Chriss is one of the best saleman I've met. He had a lot of patience explaining all the new technology and answered all my questions. All the paperwork went very fast and smooth with Amy. She explained everything & answered all my questions. If you are on the market for a vehicle definitely go see Chris, you will be happy you did.
