10/10 Customer Experience

Varian went above and beyond to make the customer experience!!! Very thankful for the willingness to go above and beyond to not only resolve an issue. But even when the issue wasn't able to be resolved by staff he FOUND A WAY to make it happen! Very respectful and it made me appreciate coming here and getting my car serviced. This is the reason I bought my car from here and it is why I continue to wait and have it serviced here VS go anywhere else Thank you Varian!

We purchased a new car for my son and for a second time

We purchased a new car for my son and for a second time the service was outstanding, and all the people we interacted with were exceptional. I’ve probably purchased 30 cars over the course of my life, and have never had a better experience than I’ve had at Mentor Nissan. They treat you like family is the best way to describe it. We will be going back soon to get my daughter a car this summer! -Doug Laukonis

We purchased a new car for my son and for a second time the service was outstanding, and all the people we interacted with were exceptional. Purchased a used car only to find out after I took it to

Purchased a used car only to find out after I took it to my mechanic that is has a bent control arm, blown valve gasket and was leaking oil. They cleaned the engine so you couldn't see the leak and after going back and complaining they said it was sold as is. I am very disappointed in this company. Make sure if you're buying a car from here to take it to a mechanic beforehand. See attached photo for laundry list of issues from my mechanic.

Quality Dealership

From the time I made the first call about my Nissan Murano Danny was very helpful and luckily had Andrew Chinchar take care of me. Andrew contacted me immediately and sent me videos, pictures and paperwork. Anything I ask for he was quick to respond. I drove over 4 hrs because of the great price and was greatly satisfied with the quality of the vehicle I purchased. The whole process was seamless and efficient. Mentor Nissan is a very warm and welcoming dealership and I only wish I didn’t live so far away so I could take advantage of their great service. Thank you Danny and especially Andrew Chinchar for the best experience ever buying my car. I love it!!

Cant say enough good things about Dan and Danny. My...

Cant say enough good things about Dan and Danny. My husband and I went to buy 1 car and ended up buying 2! Great deal and trade in for my old car. Easiest car. Buying experience we have ever had! I will def drive from PA to Ohio again when I'm ready to buy another car.

Had an excellent experience with our sales agent Michael Graham. He isn’t the type of salesman that try to rush you into making a fast decision. He was very helpful with all requests we had before purchasing our pre-owned vehicle and was able honor them. Thanks! PS several mistakes made with final purchase of paper work, but not a reflection of Michael’s service.
