Great service

Jim made it easy and stress free when I needed to purchase a vehicle. Everyone in the dealership was friendly and engaging. I would definitely recommend them if looking for a great car at a great price!

2017 Ford F350

I worked with Michele Waymen and couldn’t be happier. Balise Ford is one of the simple dealerships around. If you know what you want in a vehicle they will show you exactly that vehicle, at an outstandingly reasonable price. The people are always cheery even though they are all running around at a million miles an hour all day long. Plus ford offers some of the best incentives and such you could hope for from an auto group

GM was extremely rude

My girlfriend was looking to buy a vehicle from Balise Ford, she was literally ready to sign the papers and close the deal. We talked with Susan, a salesperson who was very nice and professional. She allowed a test drive, and when we returned to the dealership I noticed a lot of scratches/scrapes to the truck. Shortly there after, the General Manager came around wondering why I had problems with the truck. I informed him of the vehicle's issues, and Jasen O'Neil (GM) almost immediately became aggressive towards me. He stood within a foot of me, speaking very loudly and seemingly trying to intimidate me. I pointed out issues with the paint job, to which he continued to yell and basically call me a liar. Upon closer inspection, Jasen noticed and agreed the issues with the paint were real. This continued on multiple occasions, (the yelling, aggressive posture, suggesting I was lying to him) to which he would admit there were issues every time I pointed something out to him. Jasen was so hot headed, and mad that he even talked down to his sales person Sue. We were so upset and blown away by this gentleman, that we walked away never to return. I truly feel sorry for Susan , as she had a guaranteed sale until her General Manager Jasen O'Neil ruined everything with his temper.

They’re the best!

From the start, I was nervous about the car-buying process. Sue immediately put me at ease, answered all my questions, was thoughtful and available to me as I went through all of the steps. I highly recommend this group!

New Car Purchase Made Easy

We purchased two cars today, an Explorer and an Escape. We worked with Mike Wyman. Nice guy, very professional. Mike and the other employees we encountered during the process were warm and welcoming. This is our third and fourth Ford purchase and we will be back. No hassle, not pushy, easy process.

NO PRESSURE, MADE IT FUN TO LOOK

WENT TO DEALERSHIP TO LOOK FOR A NEW F 150 LIMITED. TALKED TO MIKE WYMAN AND HE WAS VERY NICE AND SHOWED ME AROUND THE DEALERSHIP. NO PRESSURE, THEY DID NOT HAVE THE COLOR THAT I WAS LOOKING FOR BUT I WILL BE BACK., THANKS,

When no one can, Michael Wyman can!

Had a hard time negotiating a price from another dealer. Spoke with Micheal Wyman, he worked on the price and we were so happy about that, he had the car delivered to Balise Ford, and painless paperwork, pick up the car Friday. He is a wonderful man , wasted no time, no bull, got us the car we asked for. Just go see him, you'll be glad you did!
