Hello, My,my name is Chrissey Porter My car was towed in

Hello, My,my name is Chrissey Porter My car was towed in December 22 of December 2025 to Taylor Cadillac ‘ I had left George Ballas to figure out what was wrong with my car on December 22 because Cadillac couldn’t get me in until December 23 I was told from George Ballas I can drive my car not even within 12 minutes I get to work. My car will not even go in reverse. My car did not give me no indication that something was wrong until December 19. It went across my dashboard. This is what made me call GMC’ I was even told I can drive the car away and it was not true. It was unsafe. Taylor Cadillac has showed me Bad business I had to call GMC to figure out why my car didn’t indicate that something was going on with my car ! My service, Manager would not call me back until my car was done January 5 told me the price out the door’ I got told one price from parts that was the correct price. I had someone call me and give me a price at another dealer had gaven me and I wouldn’t had let never let George Ballas fix my car but I had to get it there ASAP December 22 to find out why I was smelling a burnt smell It was never my oil change ! I had to take it there because it was urgent. And I only do oil changes at George Ballas ‘ I purchased my car brand new and gave a cashiers check at Bell Cadillac.at in Ann Arbor But I was having my car service at Taylor Cadillac But what I can’t say this last big experience I would never step foot on Taylor Cadillac premises again Mr. Taylor, the owner was very rude to me. He was sarcastic. I reported it to GMC because my car didn’t indicate anything was wrong it’s a smart car It should have came across my dashboard, but when it did, it was December 19 Of 2025 I took it to George Ballas December 22 Cadillac couldn’t get me in until December 23 ! I was told by Taylor Cadillac that I called GMC because I was looking for them to pay for my car that was not the case ‘ The representative January 9 merge me in and she let Taylor Kat let know that christine did not call us looking for us to pay for her car services ‘ each time I have took my car there as a woman, they told me nothing was wrong with my car. I had to go back in 2024 from August to December of 2024 to find out it was my struts thanks to Rob the manager. He put the service manager ANDY in the car and we found out what was wrong. I just don’t like this lack of experience I’m fed up this time they point a finger at the customer like I’m wrong. I had to report this last matter to Attorney General . And I also will be writing a letter to the president of Cadillac GMC the representative did tell me she see what I was talking about basically it was very unprofessional that I dealt with a service manager but could never call me back only when my car got ready to tell me it was 1300 out the door when I purchased my car, I was up under warranty to get a loaner. I started getting told I couldn’t get a loaner in 2019. I purchased the car in 2017 so I reported all my incidents that I had with Taylor Cadillac.Chrissey Porter

We absolutely strive to provide our customers with an efficient and professional service experience, we strive for 100% client satisfaction so we are disappointed to hear that your service was not up to par. We are sorry that the factory parts we installed did not hold up and were bad from the factory. We install all parts hoping they are tested from the factory after the repair we do a test and the parts did pass at that time. I believe Andy the service Advisor did his best to take care of you and I know we warrantied out the defective parts we installed. We are very sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused you. After an exhausative internet search I came across the

After an exhausative internet search I came across the perfect car at this dealership for our replacement car. Erica was awesome! Very professional, attentive, friendly, personable and honest! I had a million questions that she patiently answered. I was somewhat leary of traveling out of state to make a car purchase, but after arriving and learning the history of this dealership and their committment to their customers and the community it just felt right. I didn't have the ususal butterflies in my stomach when talking with a sales associate of a pre-owned vehicle. I felt at ease and knew we had made the right decision. Very happy that we can count Erica as our sales advisor. I plan on returning to let Taylor Cadillac service my car. Upon entering, we felt a warm welcoming presence. We felt like everyone here treated us as family. They are very trustworthy. If we need any future vehicles we on returning to Erica and Taylor cadillac they have earned our loyalty.
