Very good experience at Gates all around as a whole. First time using this dealership for purchase of a vehicle. Salesman, Mike Smith, was top notch. The only concern was the discussion of the final cost to be financed. It was made to sound like the extended warranties were free and no deductibles whatsoever for using the warranties, when in fact, I was expecting to pay a certain price as presented in the purchase agreement, when in reality, it was almost $10,000 more that was financed due to "other fees." Overall great experience!

Update 8/3
Update. After cooling off I wanted to rewrite my review. For starters Mike S was all and all great to me and introduced me to a beautiful new 2024 Chevy Equinox RS which I am truly enjoying. Mike did a great job overall. However I am still unhappy on how everything else was handled. Because of the mistake finance did on the title and registration for my old Trailblazer back in 2021 and I was hoping they would have owned up to the mistake and helped me get a better deal than what I ended up getting. Plus I still do not like the fact that I'm only leasing now after I sacrificed my Trailblazer purchase but it is what it is and there is nothing I can do about it now. For new buyers, when purchasing from Gates just make sure you double check everything before signing anything when filling out the paperwork in finance.
