Service tech let me take my car after paying for oil change service and a tire rotation only to find out that my car had no antifreeze in it. Spoke with two service managers who were very rude and not helpful at all.

We always get the best customer service there, from sales to financial and service department. We have bought 6 cars there.

You sold me a car that has had to have multiple repairs fuel pump. Replaced water pump. Replaced transmission replaced back up. Camera changed twice. This car has rust and the driver side floorboard has a dip in it. My concern is it’s a flood damage car with the windshield having multiple dings in it. I’d like a refund of all money spent on this vehicle. I’ll never look to gate Chevy world for another vehicle.

Chose a good day; wait was pretty minimal for oil change and tire rotation. Glad I’m almost winterized.

Broke my thermostat housing and wouldn’t repair it caused my motor to blow up

Every time I come to the service department, they are courteous and prompt with their service and I feel really good after getting out of there

Terrible service!!! That get paid for a service that they do not provide. Just going through the motions and not completing the job!!!
