First time buyer with Ralph’s for a used car. Ralph met me personally at dealership, negotiated a fair price for the car, and is currently making all necessary safety repairs before I pick up car. Tammi took care of all tax, title, registration , and MA State Inspection.

I would like to thank Tammi and the crew for helping me with my purchase of a 2012 Chevy Colorado. I traded in my car and it was a breeze. The service is on point and Tammi worked with me on trading my car in and was there every time I needed to ask questions. She even gave me advice on insurance companies. Way to go !!!!!! I was looking for a Buick Regal and found a 2016 with mileage under 100,000, one owner, and no wrecks with a good Carfax report. The Carfax report was good and I liked how the car looked from the pictures. I called and put $500 down. I got financing and worked with Tammy at the dealership. After all the paperwork was done and the car was mine, I drove from Dayton Ohio to New Bedford MA, (a bit more than 800 miles) to pick up the car. I drove the car on vacation from there to Fort Washington MD and then back to Dayton OH. That was roughly 1,000 miles. The car runs well and it was everything that I expected it to be. In fact, I called the Dealership and asked them to find a 2020 Buick Regal in the same shape as the one I bought from them, I would drive back and trade what I bought for a newer model. Given that I bought the car based on a CarFax report and the pictures, I would recommend buying from Ralph's Auto Center. I had no problems in dealing with them or the car.

Ralph's Auto Center is definitely worth a visit when looking for a quality vehicle at a reasonable price.

We purchased an older used Pontiac Vibe in October and are very happy with it. It’s very clean, runs great, and handles very well. Discovered the car on CarGurus then spoke directly to Ralph. He and his team went above and beyond to accommodate an out-of-state customer - he even delivered it to us. He really cares about the products he sells and makes sure you’re satisfied. Definitely recommend doing business with him.

Unfortunately I don't drive my vehicle alot cause I have company vehicle and like everyone else I work alot. I bought a vehicle from them and there were some issues that needed to be fixed. They told me they would take care of them. Well all they did was hide them from me. All happened right after the time of the warranty ran out I have a leaking exhaust manifold, junk tires that cause my car to shake on the highway and brakes that are squealing. Now all this is having to be repaired on my dime. Don't trust them!!! It's a shame but that used car dealership is a perfect example of sleazy car salesman. I thought that stereotype was a thing of the past. Guess not. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!

I would like to tell you that Ralphs Auto has alot of nice pre-owned vehicles.My daughter recently purchased her first car 2017 Hundia Sonata at Ralphs. The car was reasonably priced with low miles.The car is clean and runs smooth. Ralph's is a family owned business for over 50 yrs.Ralph takes pride in the cars he sells.Hes not a fast talker.He made us feel comfortable not pressured.Ralph explained every vehicle is fully inspected.Every car gets new brakes and a oil change.As mom I didn't have any doubt in the purchase and safety of the car.Ralph also has his own fully serviced repair shop connected.He speaks highly of his mechanics. Special Shout out to Tammy she handled the financial part She kept us informed step by step.I will highly recommend Ralphs to family and friends. Honest people we can trust Ralph delivers.
