Inquired about a used Expedition, was contacted quickly by internet sales person. Scheduled an appointment to come see the vehicle that afternoon, confirmed... on my way to the dealership with internet sales person that it was still available and would be ready for me to test drive. Was told "I have the keys in my hand and look forward to meeting you when you get here". Showed up on time for my afternoon appointment and asked for internet sales person, was told that he does not meet with customers in person and I would instead be set up with another sales person. Other sales person informs me that the vehicle I was there to see had been sold a few days ago and left hours ago with the new owner. I asked to speak with the internet sales person that I had spoken to on the phone and was handed off to the sales manager. I asked the sales manager to meet with the internet sales person who I had spoken to an the phone and was told that would not happen. I told the sales manager what had happened and stated that I wanted to know why I was lied to. Sales manager told me that I was not lied to and left me standing in the showroom without so much as an apology or explanation. I guess they are just another one of those dealerships that will say whatever they need to in order to get you through the door, then hope you will stay and look at something they actually have available since you made the drive. It used to be called bait and switch, but now I guess its called "the way we do business".

We don't have any record recently of a customer making an appointment to vi...sit our dealership to see a Pre-Owned Expedition, nor have we sold any Used Expeditions in the last few months. Would not recommend this dealership! Sales department was great to work with was satisfied with purchase, until needed repair. Terrible customer service... by the owner! Rude and unhelpful.

Always greeted by employee's and always so helpful and kind. I love the free ride home while my auto is in the shop. And the pick-up when my auto is... repaired. I have purchased several Fords from Monaco as they are close to my home and always give excellent service.

They charged over $350 dollars to replace a cam positioning sensor on my 2014 Fusion that I purchased from them. They charged 2.5 hours to labor to evaluate... the problem when it the car was in their shop for 15 minutes before they came out and told me the part needed to be replaced. In researching what a fair price should have been, it was $110 to $170 range. They charged me three times what they should have.

The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They were not pushy and I felt the pricing/ negotiating was very reasonable. I will definitely... go back and buy my expedition in 2021 after our family is done with our 2015 explorer we just purchased!
