My brother bought a “certified pre-owned” from Monaco, and they assured him it had been through all the inspections and safety checks. Very doubtful. The car is an absolute lemon. The Car had major issues within 2 months of the purchase, and they refused to own up to the cars major issues, despite my brother keeping it in perfect condition for those two months. I would think long and hard before you buy from Monaco. Thousands and thousands of dollars worth of work was not at all what my brother had in mind when he made his purchase.

So glad we went with Monaco Ford. We were treated with respect and honesty from the get go. No pushy sales tactics, no pressure to make decisions at that moment and no billion follow ups when I asked for a few days to consider my options. When it came time to finalize everything answers were promptly given and it was the smoothest car buying process I?ve had.

Beginning with John Tapio, who responded to an inquiry then Cameron, Jillian, Matt! Jay, and (apologies, can?t remember name) Finance guy, this whole process was the best ever. Best Kudos go to Cameron and Jillian! The both were a breath of fresh air in a position that had previously filled by (not at Monaco) people who seemed to only care about commission. It seems Monaco has gotten away from that, so no dog eat dog cut throat games. Mary Jo and I are very pleased with your awesome sss ad Les team.

I have been doing business with Monaco Ford of Niantic for the past year. The company that I recently retired from is located in Glastonbury and they bought their fleet from Monaco of Glastonbury. So they came highly recommended. I bought a set of new Michelin tires from Monaco in July of 2024. They were expensive but are of high quality. Today, I noticed a tear in the side wall of one of the new tires so I called the service department. I was told over the phone that the situation would have to be turned over to Michelin and that Monaco had no involvement. I expressed my displeasure and will no longer be doing business with Monaco. I think that Monaco should have asked me to bring the vehicle in so they could determine how it was damaged. If it was not covered under a warranty, I would have been open to buying a new one and having them install it. I have had other service work done there and found them to be good to work with. It is too bad that I am unable to return to Monaco Ford of Niantic for any reason.
