Posts misleading prices on their website. Apparently you have to be related to a Ford employee to get their web price. I’m pretty sure this is false advertising.

We talked with Mark and made the vehicle was still available for Saturday he was off so we dealt with Rick and from start to finish it was great, Our financing was done with Beth and she walked us though all of the paperwork prior to our signing anything. This has been the best experience we have ever had buying a vehicle

Disappointed dealer not willing to negotiate even though within $400 of asking, price decreased after they said they were firm on price.

Tom Bires was my Sales Rep. I rarely leave reviews but thought this was appropriate given the exceptional experience I’ve had with him at Brondes Ford Lincoln in Maumee OH. Tom exceeded every expectation by going above and beyond through the entire sales process. He completely changed my perception of the car buying experience. Based on this I’ll be taking the longer drive to see him for all my car buying needs, and as long as he’s around. These guys know how to treat the customer and it’s great to see!

They stopped responding. I then saw they sold vehicle, but one would think they would contact you.
